Job
We need part time Cleaner/driver for our flyttstädning operations in Västmanland (västerås and other cities) from 27 August. The job is part time and hourly based (approximately 70 hours a month with basic hourly pay. Trial period is 3 months.
An ideal cleaner should:
1. Be tidy, polite and punctual.
2. Have no criminal record. Police clearance required.
3. Have no pending issues with kronofogden.
4. Must have flyttstädning experience and can clean windows, kitchen and bathroom. (Experience of any other type of cleaning does not count)
5. Must speak English or hindi/Urdu. (most of our workers speak either of the languages, so it is necessary that the new team member can speak English or Urdu for better communications)
6. Have driving license B from Sweden or any other country with driving permission in Sweden.

The job is initially offered on part time basis but, depending on performance, can be increased to 100% fulltime permanent job within 3 months.How does it work?Our Hemstädning service is different in many ways. For instance, we do not provide cleaning materials and cleaning equipment. It means that our customers enjoy higher degree of freedom in choosing cleaning materials and equipment. It also helps them avoid infections resulting from use of cleaning equipment in more than one place. For someone who wishes to join our cleaning team, it is liberating as he/she can walk up to the customer’s home, do cleaning work and come back without carrying any materials or equipment.We provide work schedule one month in advance to both our customers and our cleaners to ensure smooth operations.
