WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
As the Finance Director for Nordics, you will be a part of the Nordic Leadership Team and lead Nordic P&L management, performance management, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and results – both short and longer term. You will do this in close cooperation with the EMEA finance team. You will be reporting to the General Manager of Nordics. The position is based in Stockholm.
As a dedicated professional with an interest in consumer goods, brands and sustainability, you will support the local commercial teams in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway. You will support the teams with all financial analysis and decision making to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Performance management, controls, P&L analysis, short- and long-term budgeting & forecasting, reporting results, assessing business opportunity impact, managing costs, savings & efficiencies, and driving profitability, are your and your teams' responsibilities.

Drive performance management across the Nordics and unlock business potential.
Own financial planning, from budgets and forecasts to long-term strategy.
Build and refine world-class systems and controls that scale with ambition.
Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate financial results.

Other key competencies & experiences:

We’re looking for an Oatly iKaffe enthusiast to take ownership of the success of this product, and unlock new waves of growth; new occasions, new concepts, new times of day, and strengthen our relationships within the coffee community and those connected with it.  You’re actually the head of speciality coffee and experiences.

Develop the strategy for growth for Oatly iKaffe within speciality coffee, that drives influence within other channels -in the Nordics; Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland
Leading our team of 4 x Barista Market Developers to execute the strategy within the key cities in the Nordics
Planning for and facilitating the growth & development of the Barista team (as a collective and as individuals)
Working with the Nordic Brand Team to further the Oatly mission to reduce consumer reliance on dairy
Strategic responsibility for Oatly activations and promotions within the coffee industry and communities connected with it

That’s where you come in?

As the No.1 dairy free alternative for baristas within specialty coffee, Oatly Barista Edition is kind of a big deal in the coffee world. We’re looking for an Oatly enthusiast to take ownership of the success and growth of our product portfolio and find solutions and concepts to expand consumption and occasions more broadly into the plates and cups of people throughout the day. There are boundless ways this can be done, but at its core this job will entail:

- Leading, developing, and growing our team of Barista Market Developers to execute the strategy for Oatly Barista Edition within the Nordic (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway) coffee and foodservice scene.

- Working with the Brand, Commercial and Innovation team to further the Oatly mission to expand understanding of how sustainability impacts the coffee and foodservice industry.

- Strategic responsibility for Oatly activations within the coffee and foodservice industry.

- Identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners and the Oatly crew.

- Identifying potential coffee/foodservice partnerships, planning and executing events in the Nordic region.

This role reports to the General Manager Nordics and will be placed in Stockholm. Travel is required for the role.

Are you the person we are looking for?

- You have solid experience within the specialty coffee/restaurant/foodservice industry and have been responsible for the growth or development of a business.

- You are ideally a Barista or a Chef.

Du kommer att vara en del av en global tillväxtresa i ett företag där det finns många spännande utmaningar för dig som medarbetare. Du kommer att arbeta i en kreativ miljö med högt tempo och kollegor som brinner för Oatly och våra produkter. Våra värderingar -? hållbarhet, hälsa och transparens - är viktiga för oss och spelar en central roll i vardagen och i alla beslut vi tar. Men framförallt är det viktigt för oss att ha kul under resans gång!?



VAD DU KOMMER ATT GÖRA

Som Säljambassadör kommer du att ha fullt ägandeskap för ditt distrikt,?vilket innebär relationsskapande försäljning till dagligvaruhandeln. Du kommer se till att?Oatlys produkter syns för konsumenterna, sprida inspiration om vårt?hållbarhetsarbete, utveckla kundkontakterna och att ha resultatansvar över ditt distrikt.

Som Säljambassadör hos oss på Oatly så kommer dina dagar fyllas av kundbesök ute på fältet där du kommer få sälja in?nylanseringar, kampanjer och vara ansvarig för att våra produkter syns på rätt sätt i hyllan. Jobbet innebär så mycket mer än bara försäljning och att skapa affärsrelationer, det kommer också innebära kontakter med konsumenter som vill ställa frågor och säkert kommer det bli många intressanta diskussioner.?

Du är en viktig del i?vår nya organisation, där du kommer att ingå i ett team som består av ca. 15 Oatly ambassadörer.?Detta innebär att?du kommer att vara en del av Oatlys tillväxtresa samtidigt som du själv får möjligheten att utvecklas tillsammans med oss.



VEM ÄR DU?

Vi söker dig med det extra?engagemanget?och drivet! Du har minst tre års?arbetslivserfarenhet inom relationsskapande försäljning, meriterande mot dagligvaruhandeln eller detaljhandeln.?

Vi ser gärna att?du?har förmågan att leda och motivera dig själv?eftersom?detta är en stor fördel?då största delen av tiden är ute på fältet.?Det är meriterande om du har någon form av utbildning?riktad mot?försäljning, men inget krav. Däremot så är det bra om du tycker om livet bakom ratten, för det blir en hel del tid i bilen.?

Förutom att prata flytande svenska ser vi gärna att du behärskar?engelska eftersom det är vårat koncernspråk.
