About the Role:
As Tech Director at NoA Ignite, you will be functioning as both a hands-on developer and a driving force behind our technical vision. You’ll play a central role in shaping and improving our internal tools, processes, and practices. We’re looking for someone who is not only highly skilled but also curious and willing to explore new approaches, pushing our development forward. With your analytical skills, you’ll be able to assess frameworks and solutions both technically and from a client cost perspective.
We think you bring:
Deep experience in Typescript and Next.js, as well as proficiency in React.js.
Significant experience working on e-commerce projects, ideally within complex, high-performance environments.
A strong interest in testing and DevOps, with a passion for enhancing quality assurance practices.
Familiarity with Node.js and Express.
Experience in hosting, performance optimization, and caching, with a clear understanding of their impact on final products.
Knowledge of CMS solutions and how to integrate and optimize them for various projects.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP for hosting, scaling, and monitoring applications.

It’s a bonus of you have:
Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with React Native.

What does the Product Owner of D2C do?

This is a new position with us at NoA Ignite, and we are excited for you to start and run our D2C department. It won't be a super big department, but it's still really important to us, and to our customers and team, that we find the right person who wants to take charge over and support and develop our fashion-focused DTC clients.

You will have two full-time developers working towards the same goal as you, and you take the role of technical project manager and trusted advisor for them and the customer. It's modern and ambitious brands such as Maya Dolorez, Our Legacy och Lexington among others. All brands we are proud to have taken to the next step of modern e-commerce.

We hope you will enjoy helping the customers uphold a high level of functionality, while you also propose and implement changes that can improve their solution. As you will be responsible for the department, you will develop concepts out of these changes that could be brought to your other customers, helping them grow even more. This means that you have to be able to translate digital commerce strategy into a product roadmap for them.

As you are the one having ownership over and driving this department we hope you will continuously improve how we can do so, creating best practices and keeping a high engagement with both team and clients. At the same time, 80% of your work will be that of a skilled project manager with daily stand-ups, keeping up with the day-to-day tasks of the developers, planning, structuring, budgeting and making support efficient and great for the customers. This can include everything from unexpected bugs, to updating their Klaran checkout and keeping tabs on certificates to working with the development of new features that help the business grow.

What we hope you will bring

- You have previously worked with solutions like Centra, Shopify or other headless e-commerce platforms
- You have worked closely with customers before, or been a product manager/product owner at a SaaS company or startup
- Strong background in working close to technology regardless of role
- Fluency in English is required, Swedish is only a bonus

Our office and team
You will be joining us at our lovely office at Tulegatan 13 where we work most days of the week. There is of course flexibility in this but we prefer to be at the office at least 3 days a week.
