In your role as a an assistant nurse/medical operator, you will be at the center of our mission. Based at one of our futuristic Neko Health clinics in Central Stockholm, your main tasks will be to carry out examinations, collect clinical research data, take blood samples, analyse blood samples, and handle administrative documentation. You will be a key person in ensuring the smooth operation and high quality of our activities. We are looking for a hands-on engineer to design, develop and deploy our test instrumentation systems and calibration. You will work closely with multi-functional teams (Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Manufacturing, Production, etc) to ensure that current and future Neko products meet our high standard design quality.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the design specification, implementation, bring up, validation and deployment of Neko's instrumentation software to test and calibrate Neko products through mass production.
- Work closely with mechanical, electronics, optics and firmware teams to influence designs and define/recommend testing strategies for functionality and performance
- Be the "go to" technical expert for Neko's instrumentation testing, a "liaison" between design, manufacturing and production.
- Perform failure mode root cause analysis and resolution, debugging from the system level down to the component level
- Analyse large amounts of data generated from instrument systems and embrace data-driven approaches to solving engineering challenges
- Train manufacturing and production teams to use and integrate the test instrumentation tools into their workflow.
Requirements:
Must have:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing and validating test instrumentation software for hardware testing and calibration
- Skilled in one or more of the following programming languages: C/C++, C#, along with knowledge in Python
- Strong knowledge in embedded system (USB, UART, I2C, SPI, etc)
- Proven understanding of test principles,

To achieve this, we will be strengthening our hardware team with the addition of two mechanical design engineers. You will work alongside optics, electronics and mechanical specialists on the design of diagnostic instruments used in our scanning rooms.


About the role
As a mechanical design engineer at Neko Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology. Your responsibilities include developing and designing cutting-edge health-tech products which extends to driving projects from prototyping through to production and demonstrating a pragmatic and initiative-taking approach. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team of experts to translate concepts into real-world solutions. This will involve designing parts for sheet-metal, CNC and 3D-printing, producing assembly drawings of new and existing instruments, redesigning key elements of existing instruments, creating detailed production drawings, obtaining manufacturing quotations, sourcing manufacturing of parts and being responsible for the assembly of the instruments and their installation in our scanning rooms.


Regulatory compliance is a key aspect of the role, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all design and construction activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements, contributing to the safety and effectiveness of our body scanners.
Requirements:
Exceptional commercial experience in mechanical design,
Experience of driving projects from prototyping to production,
Experience of working in multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in relevant mechanical design software, including Solidworks (with PDM).
A degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
An open mindset.
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal, are necessary to facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead and develop our supply base for components, materials, and services. You will be responsible for leading a function identifying, qualifying, and managing suppliers that meet our quality, cost, delivery, and regulatory requirements. The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on execution to secure reliable supply in a dynamic medtech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sourcing and purchasing team.

10+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management experience, preferably in medtech, pharma, or other regulated industries.
Strong understanding of ISO 13485, MDR, FDA GMP, and supplier quality management.
Proven experience in supplier negotiations, contracts, and relationship management.
Knowledge of international sourcing and logistics is a plus.
Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an imaginative and talented individual who is eager to help us develop and operate our secure, world-scale, and performant health data platform. For regulatory and legal reasons, we are only looking for people that live in the EU.
About the role
You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future design and implementation of our backend and data model for our scanning technology and be a part of our diverse and distributed engineering team, which includes specialists in hardware, firmware, electrical engineering, algorithms, machine learning, optronics, frontend development, and more. Together, we're working towards our mission of building preventive healthcare.
The engineering team is organized into several smaller projects, each centred around a specific goal or deliverable. Here you will be working with the whole chain, with everything from design to deployment and develop and operate our Data platform, APIs and integration with third-party health data providers, or interaction with our hardware devices. You will also assist the teams with backend infrastructure, design and operations in Azure and debug interactions and assist other teams with our devices
(implemented in C++ and Python) and backend services (C# and Python).
Requirements
We think that willingness and ability to learn is more important than a perfect match between your skillset and our technology stack, however, some skillset overlap will speed up the onboarding. Our APIs are written in C# with ASP.NET Core, uses Azure
Cosmos DB and Microsoft Entra for authentication so if you have experience with C#, No database modelling, OAuth2, or Azure it is beneficial. If you have experience of other cloud services that is also meriting.
For us it is also important that you have some experience with developing and operating large scale backend systems, balancing customer demands and long-term engineering
Engineer goals and have experience of managing always-on infrastructure. It is also important that you have a flexible mindset since you will be working with different projects.
About the Engineering Team
We are nearly 100 full time engineers at the company, working from Berlin, Chamonix, Hamburg, Lisbon, Marseille, Vilnius, and Stockholm, spanning diverse disciplines such as Hardware Engineering, Firmware Development, Electrical Design, Algorithm
Development, Machine Learning Development, Optronics Research, Frontend Development and more. We don't expect people to join us with a specific tech knowledge, but we do expect you to work with our tools. We use a mix of React,
Typescript, C++, and Python. Our APIs are written in C# with ASP.NET Core, uses Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Active Directory for authentication.
Our headquarters and our hardware development team are in Stockholm, Sweden.
We are a Remote First company; however, it is of course much easier to work remotely as a software engineer than a hardware or firmware engineer (since they require access to hardware or devices occasionally). Software engineers based in Stockholm work maybe one day a week or one day every two weeks from the office.
We meet a couple of times per year to get to know each other and have fun.
Organization and Way of Working
The engineering team is divided into smaller cross functional project teams that each focus on a specific goal or target, where some groups are long-lived, and some are short-lived, depending on how big the goal or deliverable is. We strive to create groups which are cross-functional and able to complete their goals without dependence on other teams, even though this is of course not always possible.
Groups track goals on a yearly and quarterly basis with goal follow-up across the entire engineering organization on a bi-weekly basis. Most groups do internal planning on a biweekly basis, but in the end it's up to the group to decide how they want to work.
We have, however, mandated that all groups must present their progress or failures or hacks at our bi-weekly engineering demo, a fun meeting/presentation where we talk about everything from short-circuiting power-modules, how hard it is to calibrate cameras or align polygons in space, to neat new command line tools for operations, a new auth mechanism in the backend, a cool new way to visualize health data or a new feature which helps our doctors be more productive.

About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining order and efficiency across Neko’s offices. You will collaborate with various departments to understand their facility needs and provide support and coordination related to the offices. Your role will also involve overseeing logistics and transportation between offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Office management

- Ensure a well-organized, functional, clean, and tidy office environment.

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

- Liaise with technical support for troubleshooting and setting up office equipment, such as printers.

- Coordinate with service providers for facility repairs and improvements.

Logistics & transportation

- Coordinate and manage logistics for the transportation of goods and supplies between offices and clinics.

- Assist with carrying heavy items and assembling basic furniture or equipment as needed.

- Receive, track and notify people about deliveries.

- Be readily available on the phone to promptly address and resolve issues as they arise.

- Work with external vendors and logistics partners to optimize transportation processes.

Vendor management

- Manage relationships with vendor for office supplies, furniture, and other facilities-related services.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a related field.

- You need to have your own car for work purposes to pick up and drop off materials and packages.

- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, as it is the primary language in the workplace.
