Key Responsibilities:

Who You Are:
Experience: Minimum of 7 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or MarTech, with a focus on selling to C-suite stakeholders.
Educational Background: University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Language Skills: Strong communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are advantageous.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI, and other relevant tools.
Sales Methodologies: Comfortable with solution selling methodologies like Meddic, Gap, or equivalent.
Proactive and Driven: You are proactive, independent, and results-driven, with strong planning and execution skills.

As a Financial Accountant, you will manage the accounting functions of the company. This includes handling monthly and yearly financial closings, preparing annual financial statements (K3), and conducting payroll management. You will also ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements and liaise with auditors, banks, and other authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee monthly and yearly financial closings
Prepare annual financial statements (K3)
Handle payroll and HR administration

What we are looking for:

- 2+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Relations Manager or Service Manager within a tech company (previous experience at a SaaS company is preferable)

- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level

- Excellent communication skills in English; both written and verbal e.g. capabilities to describe and understand customer requirements and make presentations

About the role

Your responsibilities will be to design the UI for new and existing features and to work closely with our users to make sure that the user experience of the application is great. At Mediatool we have always put great emphasis on design and usability and this has always been one of our main selling points. Now we are hoping that you are the right person to level this up one more notch.

You will be expected to build out our design system, create interactive prototypes and to interview customers about wanted and existing features in order to understand their needs. Together with the rest of the dev team, you will take part in developing our product with discussions on how to structure the app from the database layer to the UI. As a UI-/UX-designer at Mediatool you will work closely with product management in order to design and prototype new functionality before it goes into development.

Responsibilities

- Design and prototype user flow of new and existing features
- Build out our design system to increase efficiency when designing
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and translate it into features suitable for the application, as well as to understand where changes are needed.


Your Experience and Skills

- A minimum of 3 years documented experience with UI-/UX-design for web applications.

We are now looking for that special somebody who is an experienced sales talent and wants to work at the heart of our Sales Department. As an Account Executive, you are responsible for generating and converting both inbound and outbound leads and nurturing and developing the sales pipeline. You will also be managing large sales processes towards strategic accounts and collaborating closely with Marketing and the BDR team to drive market interest. As an AE, you will be a crucial and highly valued part in our sales machinery. You will be part of our dynamic sales team and you'll be reporting to our VP Sales.



So in summary this role is about:

- Full sales cycle from lead to negotiations to securing a deal
- Initiating strategic sales initiatives as well as high sales activity to consistently achieve set targets
- Both short term and long term pipeline building
- Excellent CRM hygiene and keep records of sales and data
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Convert inbound meetings and Sales Qualified Leads into Opportunities
- Qualify and quantify Opportunities and drive towards closure
- Pro-actively conduct outbound prospecting activities
- Use multi-channel prospecting tools such phone calls, email, social media
- Booking and conducting deeper qualification meetings
- Be part of a close nit internationally oriented sales-team
- Create customer relationships and cooperate with Customer Success to ensure initial customer satisfaction
- Actively participate and cooperate in marketing activities
- Taking own initiatives and find new ways to further develop the AE team’s way of working is appreciated




You have:

- 2+ years of sales experience in the B2B field within Marketing Services or MarTech, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Experienced in selling to c-suite stakeholders
- A university degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English, other languages are a merit. Capabilities to describe and understand customer requirements and make comprehensive demonstrations and presentations of our solutions and it’s value proposition
- Basic understanding of Marketing fundamentals in order to comprehend and service our customers’ needs

- Analytical yet socially outgoing
- An organised worker with excellent planning and execution skills
- Accustomed to using tools such as SaaS, CRM, LinkedIn, prospecting tools
- Innovative thinker on how to find and close deals
- Focused, target oriented and ready to manage long and complex sales cycles
- Able to build strong relationships both externally with customers and internally with colleagues
- You are smart, social media savvy and digitally responsive
- Ready to develop your consultative sales skills
- Able to have an active dialog with marketing teams about supporting activities
