The role
As an Engineering Manager at Legora, you’ll lead by example—hands-on in the code while guiding a talented team of engineers. You’ll architect and deliver features that make legal professionals’ lives easier, drive technical excellence, and help shape a product used by forward-thinking law firms around the world. This is a role for someone who loves to build, mentor, and scale both people and systems.
What you will be doing:
Design and implement end-to-end features across our fullstack platform


Contribute directly to the codebase while supporting the growth of your team
Lead architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Ensure high standards in code quality, security, and performance
Collaborate closely with Product and Design to ship value quickly and reliably
Review code, give feedback, and mentor engineers at all levels
Champion best practices in development, DevOps, and continuous improvement
Work with Node.js, React, Azure, AWS and Kubernetes
Work every day to ensure your team is healthy and efficient

Who you are
A seasoned fullstack or backend engineer with 1-3 years of leadership experience


Comfortable being hands-on while also setting technical direction
Skilled in building scalable products and owning complex systems end-to-end
Strong communicator who leads with empathy and clarity
Passionate about mentoring others and helping teams grow
Confident working across backend, frontend, and infrastructure

The role
Own outbound prospecting with guidance. Build and run targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone to open first conversations.
Qualify opportunities. Run structured discovery using a guide to assess fit against our ICP.
Nurture leads. Follow up with clear value and next steps to keep momentum moving.
Partner with Sales and Marketing. Align to campaigns and hand off cleanly to AEs.
Keep the pipeline clean. Log activity and notes accurately in Salesforce.
Surface market insight. Share what you hear so we can sharpen messaging and targeting.
Support events and campaigns. Engage leads before and after to drive real pipeline.



What you will be doing:
1-2 years years experience in a BDR or SDR role. Internship or campus selling experience is also welcome.
Familiarity with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Exposure to Outreach or similar is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication, fluent in English with additional knowledge of Spanish and/or German considered a plus.
Organized and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
Curious and coachable. You learn quickly and apply feedback.
Resilient and goal oriented. You move fast and do not let no slow you down.

The role:

We are looking for Application Security Engineers who can think like an attacker, build like a developer, and operate like an SRE. In this role you will work across our whole tech stack, from our Azure cloud infrastructure, JavaScript and Python services, to our AI integrations and workflows. Your goal is to ensure everything we ship and build is secure-by-default and resilient to evolving threats.

What you will be doing:
Embed security into our software development lifecycle; conduct design reviews, threat modelling, and secure code reviews for our JavaScript and Python codebases.
Architect and implement security controls for our cloud infrastructure, ensuring Zero Trust principles in across our networks, identities, and service-to-service communication.
Build and maintain secure-by-default tooling, templates, and guardrails for our developers.
Ensure our AI workflows and pipelines are secured and resilient against prompt injection, data leakage, and abuse.
Develop and maintain vulnerability management pipelines, triaging and driving fixes with engineering teams.
Automate security processes in CI/CD, including secret scanning, artifact signing, and policy-as-code checks.
Partner with our information security team to ensure compliance and automate evidence collection efforts.

Who you are:
Experience with Security Engineering or Product Security roles
Able to produce production grade code.
You understand Zero Trust architecture
You have experience with secure SDLC practices, application security testing, and vulnerability management.

What you’ll be doing
Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a traditional box. It's part legal ops, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part client whisperer. If you enjoy roles that stay static, this probably isn't it. Your mission is to help our clients, some of the most prestigious law firms in the world, get the absolute most out of our platform.
Some of what you'll be up to:
Acting as a thought partner to law firm partners, associates, and innovation teams - building trusted relationships, addressing tricky pain points, and identifying high-value opportunities for them to scale their use of Legora across practice groups.
Working together with Go To Market and Customer Success in taking full ownership of firm relationships - from running pilots with key practice areas, to onboarding new associates and partners, and ultimately guiding full-firm adoption across global law firms.
Be the voice of law firm users inside Legora - sharing insights from M&A teams, litigation departments, and other practice groups that directly inform product development, roadmap priorities, and strategic direction.
Delivering clear, confident product demos and training that bring the power of our platform to life - whether you're presenting to a single practice group or rolling out firm-wide.
Documenting best practices from leading firms, contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, and help shape how we grow this function globally.
Confidently helping law firms navigate one of the biggest shifts in how legal services are delivered - from evaluating the ROI and competitive advantage of AI to clearly mapping how AI will impact different practice areas, from corporate to disputes.

What you bring
You come from the world of Big Law; but you've never been content with how things have always been done. You may have trained and practised at a top-tier law firm, experiencing first-hand the pressures of billable hours, client demands, and operational inefficiencies. Perhaps you've moved into legal innovation, knowledge management, or legal tech within a firm. Maybe you've even left private practice to disrupt the status quo through a legal tech company, or ventures of your own. Either way, you know how law firms think, work, and (sometimes) struggle and you're ready to help them level up with technology.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
Have a background in law, with experience at a top-tier law firm - ideally across multiple practice areas or with exposure to firm-wide initiatives.
Are tech-curious and product-savvy. Not necessarily a coder, but passionate about navigating technical conversations, especially around things like generative AI, technology implementation, innovation and productivity.
Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders, from senior partners to graduate trainees, and from lawyers to engineers. I.e. translating across disciplines is second nature to you.
Bring structure to ambiguity and energy to complexity; and enjoy being the calm, credible presence in a fast-moving environment.
Understand how to evaluate and improve existing processes as a direct result of new and emerging technologies - whether that's streamlining due diligence, contract review, or legal research.

About the Role
Legora AB is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to play a lead role in shipping high-impact features and building scalable systems. In this senior position, you’ll own delivery of technical solutions from design through production, driving innovation while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams.

The role
We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead our EMEA sales organisation through its next phase of growth. This is a first-line leadership position, reporting to the Global Head of Inside Sales. You will be leading a growing team of BDRs currently based in Stockholm. You’ll be responsible for scaling a high-performing BDR organisation, coaching reps into world-class BDRs and driving consistent execution across the region.
You’ll own pipeline generation, talent development, and scalable processes — while also representing as the top of funnel leader in Stockholm.
What you will be doing:
Leadership & Talent Development
Manage and coach BDRs, developing them into world-class reps.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent across the region

Pipeline Management
Own EMEA Pipeline targets with accurate forecasting

Process & Execution

Partner with RevOps and Marketing on systems, metrics, and dashboards to enable performance

We’re looking for:
2+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership
Proven track record of scaling high-performing teams across EMEA.
Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain A+ sales talent.
Experience with strategic alignment and GTM strategy
Operational excellence in KPI tracking, performance insights, pipeline management, forecasting, and structured execution
Executive presence with credibility to engage senior stakeholders externally and internally.

What you bring
You come from the world of law; but you’ve never been content with how things have always been done. You may have started out at a top-tier law firm. The Role
The Group Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing all group-level financial accounting, consolidation, tax compliance, and reporting activities. This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial information across multiple entities, leads the month-end and year-end close processes, manages tax planning and compliance, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting expertise, deep tax knowledge, experience working in multi-entity or multi-jurisdiction environments, and the ability to implement best-practice financial processes.
What You’ll Do/Key Responsibilities
Group Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage the full spectrum of group accounting activities, including general ledger, order to cash, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.
Lead month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements.
Prepare and review consolidated financial reports in accordance with US GAAP.
Develop accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all subsidiaries.
Oversee audit processes—coordinate with external auditors, prepare required documentation, and resolve audit queries.

Tax Management & Compliance
Oversee all tax matters across the group, including but not limited to indirect taxes (US sales tax,GST/VAT), corporate tax, transfer pricing, withholding taxes etc.
Ensure timely submission of tax filings, statutory reports, and compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Monitor tax law developments and assess their impact on the group’s structure and operations.
Manage tax planning and optimization initiatives to support operational efficiency and mitigate tax risks.
Lead coordination with tax advisors, government authorities, and external consultants.

Financial Controls & Risk Management
Strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and financial governance.
Manage risk assessments relating to accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Business Partnering
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams to provide insights and support strategic initiatives.
Advise management on accounting impacts of business decisions, financial structures, and tax implications.
Provide training and guidance across the group to ensure alignment with policies and best practices.

Systems & Process Improvements
Support implementation of finance systems, accounting tools, and process automation.
Standardize group reporting processes and enhance data accuracy through improved workflows and controls.

About You/ Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5 -7 + years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, and tax; experience in a regional or multi-entity group role is a strong advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations.
Proven experience managing consolidations, audits, and tax compliance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and deadlines.
At least 2 - 3 years of experience managing a team, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Lead onboarding and implementation, ensuring clients are set up for success from day one.
Proactively drive product adoption and usage through structured enablement, regular check-ins, and tailored success plans.
Act as a strategic advisor: understanding client goals, uncovering new use cases, and helping teams realize maximum value.
Identify expansion opportunities and then own the commercial negotiation, taking responsibility for renewals and upsells.
Monitor customer health metrics and take initiative to reduce churn risk and drive retention.
Closely collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to translate client feedback into actionable insights.
