Role Objective:
As a Content Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of Social Media by ensuring that posts align with community standards. Working alongside our established team of Dutch speakers and in collaboration with colleagues across 14 other markets, you’ll help create a safe and enjoyable space for users. Your Responsibilities as a Content Moderator:
Assess and respond to user-reported content that may be offensive or disturbing, following client policies and guidelines.
Review, block, and delete content that violates community standards.
Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
Directly contribute to reducing hate, racism, bullying, cybercrimes, and misinformation online.

Lansera har haft en positiv utveckling det senaste året- något som resulterat i att vi behöver stärka vår digitala affär och söker nu en Marketing Automation Specialist.

Vi söker dig som är kreativ och driven och har en passion för inbound marketing och content produktion. Är du lika bekväm i att uttrycka dig på engelska som svenska, i både tal och skrift? Vill du utvecklas i en lyhörd och rolig miljö? Då är detta jobbet för dig!

Som Marketing Automation Specialist kommer du få en varierande och kreativ roll, där du får du ansvarar för att planera och producera målgruppsanpassat innehåll för inbound marketing samt övriga digitala kanaler, såsom YouTube, pod, hemsida, email marketing, samt sociala medier. Innehållet ska vara engagerande och värdeskapande och stödja våra säljinsatser, marknadsföra vår produkt och utbilda våra målgrupper, samt stärka vårt varumärke. Du kommer även att arbeta med att distrubera ditt fantastiska content, via sociala medier och inbound marketing i Hubspot, sätta upp kundresor och workflows. Har du även kunskaper inom digital annonsering såsom Google Ads, LinkedIn och Facebook Ads kan detta också ingå i tjänsten. Med målet att ständigt förbättra vår digitala närvaro och nå uppsatta KPIer, kommer du även att arbeta med att analysera våra insatser med hjälp av dess analysverktyg.

Du kliver in i en spännande miljö där du får chansen att vara med och bygga något från grunden. Vi är ett litet bolag i tillväxtfas, där vi alla är viktiga för att lyckas. Då vi är ett nystartat bolag med snabba beslutsvägar får du stort individuellt ansvar. Du kommer kunna ha stor påverkan på processer och arbetssätt kring marknadsföring. Därför är du, din kompetens och din inställning avgörande. Det viktigaste för oss är att du brinner för uppdraget, gillar att ta ansvar, är självgående och kreativ.

Du rapporterar direkt till CMO/Marknadschef och jobbar i tätt samarbete med Commersial Director och vår säljavdelning, då ditt uppdrag kommer vara att stötta försäljningen, få in fler leads och nya kunder. Det är viktigt att du är en lagspelare som är prestigelös, hjälper till med både högt och lågt, vågar komma med idéer och älskar att lära nytt!

Rollen innebär bland annat ansvar för att:

- Sätta en plan för vår inbound marketing och arbeta med att skapa kundresor och workflows och distribuera content via inbound marketing/marketing automation i Hubpot
- Producera content för inbound marketing samt alla våra digitala kanaler, som text, bild och video och pod, för hemsidor, sociala medier, landningssidor, annonser, email marketing, kampanjer etc.
- Planera, sätta upp och optimera digital annonsering (SEM, SMM)
- Mäta, analysera och optimera digitala aktiviteter
- Vara med i skapandet och genomförandet av andra marknadsinsatser och aktiviteter


Vad vi tror att du har:

- Högskoleutbildning/Yrkesutbildning i marknadsföring, kommunikation eller likvärdigt
- Minst 1-2 års erfarenhet från liknande arbetsroll på marknadsavdelning eller byrå
- Svart bälte i att kommunicera i skrift och tal både på svenska och engelska
- Älskar att skapa content i form av text, bild och video
- Kunskaper i inbound marketing och marketing automation i Hubspot
- Kunskaper inom Google Ads, Facebook- & LinkedIn Ads och Google Analytics är meriterande
- Erfarenhet från B2B-försäljning är meriterande
