. Well understand and communicate sales forecast, customer orders & shipping schedule;
• Responsible for production planning and continuous improvement to ensure 100% on time delivery
• Responsible for material supply planning, PO release and follow-up to ensure on time delivery from suppliers;
• Responsible for the procurement of all kinds of auxiliary materials, equipment spare parts and hardware spare parts needed in the production process
• Manage inventory & DOH to meet with plant's target
• Monitor whole process of logistic and customs clearance process to ensure full compliance to Sweden customs regularities
• Data collection for supplier's delivery evaluation, work order evaluation and customer delivery update; Manage and control premium freight cost;
• Work closely with other departments, to get resource and engineering change, also to achieve business targets;
• Manage and develop a team as their leader
Required Education / Skills / Experience:
• College education in mechanical, business administration or related field
• At least 5 years' experience in production planning and material control
• Good knowledge in logistics management, import & export / customs
• Knowledge and experience of ERP system
• Is able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English & Swedish.

Job description
Task
Book-keeping for daily transactions, including accounts payables, account receivables, fixed assets, assets registry, daily expenses.
Can do monthly cost budget and analysis to make sure the unit cost is accurate.
Bank reconciliation monthly, balance sheet reconciliation, provisions, general ledger maintenance, monthly and quarterly closing activities and reporting.
Can do fixed assets ledger maintenance and check with physical ledger sheet of fixed assets ledger monthly.
Can do payment preparation sheet and communication with headquarter in Shenzhen China, including weekly or monthly treasury payment forecast, explanation for payment for headquarter in Shenzhen China.
Can do VAT declaration monthly.
Can accept other ad hoc task from time to time.

Requirement
University degree within Accounting, Finance or equivalent (bachelor or equivalent degree from swedish yrke högskola)
2+ years hands on working experience within a Finance department preferably with experience from transactional processing (AP/AR)
Familiar with K3 swedish accounting rules, including Accounting (basic), VAT (basic), Finance transactional processing (end-to-end process view)
Can do bokslut, bookkeeping och declaration
1+ years experience in Visma
Strong Excel skills
Fluently in English both written and spoken, mandarin or Swedish is additional languages meriting
Very good communication and influencing skills and comfortable working with different cultures.
