We’re Hiring: Cook/Chef at Kanto Bistro!
Kanto Bistro is Stockholm’s only Filipino bistro, serving authentic flavours with a modern twist. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled cook to join our small but mighty team and help bring the taste of the Philippines to our guests.
What you’ll do:
Prepare and cook Filipino dishes to a high standard, following Kanto’s recipes and presentation style.
Manage your section during busy service, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality.
Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
Assist with menu prep, stock rotation, and occasional special event menus.



What we’re looking for:
Knowledge and experience in Filipino cuisine.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen without compromising quality.
A strong team player who can communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues.
Resilient under pressure — you don’t let a bad mood or stress affect the team’s workflow.
Comfortable in a multicultural environment and able to adapt to new systems.
Speaks English fluently (Swedish is a bonus but not required).
