Your responsibilities will include:
· Organise and execute HV switching, isolation, earthing, and issue of safety documentation for customer HV networks up to 33kV.
· Ensure, so far as is reasonable and practicable, that all personnel observe and comply with relevant Safe Systems of Work

Job Description
Due to continued expansion in our Data Centre division, Jones Engineering require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for projects based in Sweden. These are significant projects in a region where further growth is expected and is an opportunity for an ambitious SQS to grow their career with support and guidance from our senior commercial team members based in Dublin.

Your responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for the full management, pricing and collation of Mechanical projects and budgets, of various sizes, generally on mainland.
Ensure compliance with contract obligations and provide advice and monitoring of same to construction team.
Ability to identify potential commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting of same to management.
Compile monthly progress applications and ensure they are inclusive of accurate remeasure, site variations, day-works, or claims.
Procurement - operational procurement activity and contract support, in conjunction with the Procurement Department
Manage subcontractor accounts from initial award to interim valuation, variations, and final account.
Managing and forecasting of turnover and cash flow of the projects
Reviewing and commercial management of all projects, to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
Identify, Analyse and report on trends within the Business & Projects
Review all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team and/or subcontractors, to identify contractually critical items and to initiate replies.
To ensure Construction Team is adhering to all Contractual Requirements and providing advice and monitoring of the same
Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.
Excellent IT Skills essential
You will help build/establish our supply chain with European based vendors/sub-contractors and carry out both commercial and technical analysis of their quotations.

Job Description
Based on site in Skellefteå, Sweden the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of project engineering associated with the mechanical subcontract package including design development and engineering, value engineering, field support, engineering quality control, technical reviews and procurement, testing, commissioning & startup, for a large value production facilitate, reporting to the Project Manager – Mechanical. The successful candidate will be required to manage the mechanical engineering team and interface with in-house commissioning & quality teams and the in-house electrical team to ensure system design requirements are coordinated and delivered. The mechanical engineer will be required to review all equipment technical submittals and ensure these meet the requirements of the design.

Skills and Requirements
· Mechanical Degree qualified
· Hold excellent technical knowledge of mechanical systems and products
· Excellent communication and reporting skills
· Minimum 8 years experience in mechanical roles with at least 3years in a lead role
· Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path
· Previous experience working in Sweden an advantage but not essential

Job Description
As an Electrical QAQC Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our project delivery. You will be responsible for maintenance of the Electrical Quality Management System and lead the quality ethos on projects. Our Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015 accredited) ensures that all facets of the Group operate to the highest standards every day in every location - Quality is a core value of what we do. You will work closely with the Quality Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects while ensuring that all client specifications are met by accurately developing and executing Jones Engineering project quality plans.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Lead the quality ethos for projects through a ‘Right First Time’ approach. This will be conducted through delivering training, quality toolbox talks, developing and approving ‘First of a Kind’ mock-ups, and auditing and QA initiatives.
· Lead the Quality team including Field QA, Test Pack Engineers, NDT Specialists and Commissioning & Handover Supervisors.
· Oversee the applicable Jones Engineering database for each project,ensuring it is kept up to date and accurate, to enable delivery of the handover documentation to the Client.
· Review benchmarks and ‘First of a Kind’ Installations.
· Oversee the development of system and equipment test packs using Project Quality Management Software on a project-by-project basis.
· Liaise with the Client on handover documentation, system handover and tagging dates.
· Liaise with the construction teams regarding handover dates, scheduling walk downs, developing snag lists etc.
· Monitoring snag trends and addressing same through construction teams.
· Review Installations for Compliance to Jones Project Specific Quality Plan & ITPs, Project standards, specification, design, procedures and expectations.
· Oversee third party inspections and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
· Ensure QA requirements are met by subcontractors.
· Oversee and complete regular site quality audits.
· Travel required for Ireland and Mainland Europe site support where necessary.
· Attend quality meetings with management and subcontractors and report on quality as required.
· Liaise with in-house specialist Electrical QA/QC Leads as required.

The ideal candidate will have:
Have a right “first time attitude” and a drive to achieve the highest quality at all times.
Mechanical Engineering Degree or Time-Served Mechanical Services Installation Apprenticeship with minimum 2 Year experience
Knowledge of HVAC Piping Systems and P&IDs; essential
Experience in a similar Quality role would be advantageous
Knowledge of Ventilation Systems Installation would be advantageous
Someone who can work with computers/tablets & with Microsoft office tools, specially Excel
Experience working with Quality software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A clear understanding of all aspects of the delivery of large, high quality construction projects

Title: Integration Manager
Reporting to: Engineering Project Manager
Role:
Representing the Main Contractor, the Integration Manager is responsible for the delivery and coordination of the Telecoms and Security subcontractor packages
Design review of both packages
Review of procurement status of subcontractors
RFI and submittal review
Liaising with the design team to ensure compliance and approval of submittal and RFI reviews
Liaising with the Main Contractors construction team to ensure availability of work fronts for the relevant subcontractors
Being a link between the Client Team, Main Contractors delivery team and these specialist subcontractors to ensure timely deliver
Coordination of the subcontractors installation
Ensuring schedule requirements are met, both in terms of installation, commissioning and handover



Minimum Requirements
15 years + experience in telecoms and security design and installation
Client facing experience
Team player
Good communication skills, both written and oral
Data Centre construction experience preferable
