About You & The Role
This role is for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in doing things properly and seeing the result over time.
You will work in a structured kitchen with clear standards and high volume. The days are busy and sometimes repetitive, but the satisfaction comes from mastering the details, keeping quality high under pressure, and knowing your section runs well because of you.
Progress here doesn’t come from fast titles or constant change. It comes from consistency, feedback, and taking responsibility day after day. People who do well enjoy being trusted with real ownership, improving through repetition, and being part of a team where standards matter.

Key Responsibilities
Own your section & lead your colleagues within your section


Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards


Ensure mise en place is completed up to standards, and organised before service


Maintain consistency, speed, and precision during service


Keep your section clean, organised, and service-ready at all times


Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service


Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment


Ensure full compliance of company's HACCP

Key Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen


Strong communication and leadership skills


Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure


Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations


Ability to work independently while contributing to team success


Ability to consistently deliver high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment

About You and the role
We are looking for curious, energetic and helpful people with a “can do attitude”, previous experience is a plus but not required. We have currently available contracts for 10-20 hours a week. 
You will be delivering big trays of food and drinks to our guests, dealing with any special allergies or requirements and making sure you accommodate additional guests' requests.
You will be setting up the restaurant for service and making sure there is always everything available on the waiter stations for a smooth service
The work is in a very busy environment and our runners often will have multiple tasks to accomplish


Om dig och din roll
Vi letar efter nyfikna, energiska och hjälpsamma personer med en “det fixar jag"-inställning. Tidigare erfarenhet är meriterande men inte nödvändigt. Vi har för närvarande tillgängliga kontrakt på 10–20 timmar per vecka.
Du kommer att bära stora brickor med mat och dryck till våra gäster, hantera eventuella allergier eller krav samt ytterligare begäran från gästerna.
Du kommer att förbereda restaurangen för service och se till att vi har välsorterade & påfyllda servisstationer.
Arbetet är väldigt aktivt och våra runners har ofta många uppgifter att utföra.

About You and the role We are looking for an inspiring leader who lives by our values daily and has a deep desire for constant development. You have at least 1 year of experience in a bar managerial role and you are hungry to take on a new challenge onboard. 
Lead a team of 10 + bartenders during peak season, with an ability to plan, recruit and coach
You take a full responsibility over the ordering and stock control of beverages
You creatively lead the process of cocktail menu and wine list development with an openness to collaborate and take feedback from others
You are involved in the whole restaurant management ecosystem and align with brand directions
You leading by example working in the service 90% of your time
