We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our executive leadership team at Vinter. The successful candidate should have an international mindset, be a polished communicator, have strong organizational skills including experience working in highly cross-functional roles, and display a calm demeanor even in times of ambiguity and stress.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast, efficient, and organized manner to cope with multiple tasks and often competing demands. This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone looking to be challenged in an exciting, fast-paced international environment and is willing to commit to working flexibly outside of core business hours as required. Experience working with a wide range of time zones and teams internationally is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars with an analytical mindset around time management
- Booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and other logistics when necessary
- Effectively communicating and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners as a representative of the exec
- Ad hoc project work
- Attending meetings as requested, taking notes, and tracking/following up on action items
- Planning internal and partner workshops, offsites, and other events
- Expense management, processing, and reporting
- Mobile device management (MDM)
- HR administration
Requirements:
- A no job is too small attitude. Flexible and willing to step in to fill gaps where needed
- Works well with a team
- Prior experience as an EA
- Polished with good executive presence
- Ability to maintain a high sense of confidentiality
- High technological literacy - in particular, proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
- Excited to learn about and live crypto
