Activate is a new initiative designed to make healthy living easier - and more enjoyable in the moment. At the heart of the experience is our iOS app: a vibrant, highly visual service that turns small everyday choices into immediate feedback, encouragement, and a sense of progress.
We are now looking for an iOS developer who wants to take the lead and build Activate's experience together with a small, driven team. You will thrive with us if you like to create new things, test ideas quickly and suggest features that no one has asked for (yet) – but that users will love. You will be solely responsible for iOS in day-to-day operations, with support from product design and backend when you need it.
Location: Stockholm – hybrid (at least 3 days/week in the office)
Here's what you'll do:
Lead Developer for Activate's iOS app – drive the project from vision to finished product.
Build modern and intuitive interfaces with haptic engine, Lottie and Core Animation
A/B test and measure effects and implement findings.
Set architecture, quality level, CI/CD and release flow.
Collaborate closely with product and design on roadmap, problem-solving and priorities.

What you already know:
You are experienced and comfortable working with SwiftUI
Build reactive flows with Combine/Swift Concurrency.
Experience in developing and integrating with REST APIs
Animate (Core Animation/Lottie) and optimise performance.
Write testable code (XCTest, preferably snapshot/UITest) and use Fastlane/similar for deliveries.

Desirable (nice if you can/are curious about): HealthKit/Core Motion, Push/Remote Config (e.g. Firebase), in-app purchases/subscriptions (StoreKit), deep links, accessibility, analytics (Amplitude/GA/Mixpanel/Firebase).
And you as a person?
Self-starter, responsible and proactive – you don't wait for a perfect backlog.
Creator at heart: you find solutions, prototype quickly and iterate.
Structured enough to maintain production pace and quality. Doesn't dwell too long.
Communicates smoothly in Swedish (or Norwegian/Danish) and English.
Thrives in small teams where everyone helps each other and celebrates small victories.

We’re now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your mission
As our Senior Product Designer, you’ll oversee the full product design process – from early concepts to final implementation. You’ll take ownership of the customer journey across all touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction with Bruce is seamless, intuitive, and delightful. Working closely with our CPO, product managers, tech, support, and marketing teams, you’ll combine strategy, research, and design execution to create product experiences that both meet user needs and drive business impact.
What youll do
Lead the implementation of our product design strategy (together with our CPO)
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity solutions for mobile and web
Ensure all customer-facing design delivers excellent usability and experience
Conduct user research and gather insights from data and support teams
Define relevant KPIs to measure the impact of new product features
Own and refine the customer journey across all channels and products
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, marketing, and support
Facilitate seamless handoffs to development teams and ensure QA of design delivery
Stay up-to-date with design tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows (Figma Make, Lovable, etc.)

What we want you to bring
7–10 years of experience in UX, UI and product design (SaaS or mobile apps a strong plus)
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, strategic, and innovative design work
Mastery of modern design tools (Figma is our core)
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping and data-informed design
Excellent communication skills in English (Scandinavian language a plus)
Degree in design, HCI, or related field; certifications in design thinking/UX research
Bonus: interest in fitness and wellness is a plus

As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Bruce’s product vision and roadmap. You will define and prioritize key features and initiatives that enhance the overall experience for both members and partner studios, leveraging data, insights, and technology.

What youll do
Own and manage specific areas of Bruce Studios' product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Collaborate closely with Design, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Studios to deliver seamless, engaging, and scalable product experiences.
Drive product discovery, clearly defining user needs and translating these into actionable solutions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, including member growth, partner satisfaction, churn, and CLV.
Foster a data-driven, hypothesis-driven product development culture, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.
Continuously gather market intelligence and user feedback, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Actively contribute to embedding AI-driven personalization and automation into our member and partner journeys.
Support the implementation of product rituals and frameworks (e.g., OKRs, sprint planning, weekly prioritization) to maintain momentum and clarity.


What we want you to bring
3+ years of experience in product management within digital, member-focused, or marketplace-driven environments.
Proven track record of launching and optimizing digital products and features that drive measurable commercial impact.
Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to inform product decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, effectively collaborating with designers, developers, marketers, and operational stakeholders.
Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences with a strong focus on UX and design.
Understanding or experience with subscription-based services, marketplaces, and the wellness or fitness industry is seen as a great advantage.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate and champion product decisions.

In order to achieve our ambitious plans we are currently looking for a talented Support Administrator to join our team. The Support Administrator will be responsible for all administration in Denmark, studio support and customer support. This entails studio schedules, classes and information in the app, a task that requires a lot of attention to details and accuracy. Initially, as the Danish market grows, the Support Administrator will also support the Swedish and Norwegian markets and work closely with the other members of the support team and studio team across the Nordic region.

What you will do:
Update and maintain our studio schedules on a continuous basis
Supporting our studios with any scheduling questions

Educate partners in our scheduling management system
Write studio presentations, edit and handling images
Write new class descriptions and change existing ones in need
