City Manager in Malmo for carsharing company

GreenMobility is looking for a City Manager in Malmo with a strong commercial profile while also handling our business on an operational level.

The City Manager will be responsible for the daily business in Malmo and coordinate closely with the headquarter in Copenhagen on increasing the commercial aspect of our Malmo business, optimization in the operation, marketing activities, local partnerships, and similar tasks. The City Manager reports directly to the Group COO in Copenhagen.

Responsibilities:
. You are responsible for the management of the company's locations in Malmo through first-class commercial understanding and execution, fleet operation, further development of company processes, and optimization and utilization of our vehicles
. You are responsible for recruiting, leading, motivating, and developing the local team
. You are responsible for supervising local partnerships and developing cooperation with workshops, service companies, and commercial partners among others.
. You are responsible for creating a fun, enjoyable, collaborative, and energetic work culture

Qualifications:
. Experience from a startup is desirable
. Experience in business development, commercial excellence, operations management, and fleet support
. You have a high degree of initiative, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and drive
. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and set an example for your team
. You have knowledge of the mobility industry or are very interested in e-mobility
. You have excellent Swedish and English skills

Vi söker just nu nya stjärnor till vårt Street Runner team i Malmö! Som Street Runner kommer du att ansvara för transport, rengöring och laddning av våra elektriska Renault ZOE bilar, så att de är tillgängliga där våra kunder behöver dem. Jobbet kommer i första hand att ske utomhus, så det är viktigt att du njuter av vädret i Malmö både under sommar-och vintermånaderna.
Som Street Runner på GreenMobility kommer ditt dagliga ansvar att omfatta:
• Samarbeta med vår kundtjänst för att lösa problem som är specifika för varje enskild bil
• Tvätta, dammsuga och rengöra våra bilar
• Annat underhåll som krävs för vår bilflotta
• Bilkörning och placering av bilarna i staden
• Andra uppgifter som behöver åtgärdas under dagen
Som Street Runner på GreenMobility förväntas följande av dig:
• Du är serviceinriktad
• Du är beredd att gå den extra milen för att säkerställa en positiv kundupplevelse
• Du har körkort
• Svenska i tal & skrift, engelska är meriterande
• Du är punktlig, pålitlig och har inte något emot att bära en uniform
• Du kan Malmö som din egen bakficka
• Du är flexibel och kan ibland arbeta kväll-och helgpass
