We are looking for a software engineer to join EQT, you will be working together with software engineers, UX Designers, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to revolutionise the core business of EQT and by that, the private equity industry.
You will be working in a team digitalising EQT´s end to end core processes to increase efficiency through automations where you are given a high amount of freedom under responsibility and will be able to contribute where you want to create value and in the direction you want to grow.

What you’ll do
You will work in an agile process (Scrum) together with an amazing team that build and continuously deploy business-critical applications where you will contribute to codebases in Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Snowflake, DBT, Workato, CircleCI and more. We have automated test pipelines and deploy all our applications to Kubernetes in GCP.
You will also contribute to solution designs on varying levels in the architecture landscape as well as be able to impact EQT’s core processes when we digitalise them. We cherish everyones opinion on any matter of the platform both technical and business related and encourage everyone to speak their mind and get involved where they want to best provide value!
Besides our core proprietary process digitalisation platform “EQT Flow” we are soon starting development for a new exciting fullstack application seeking to streamline EQT’s reporting needs. This is a great opportunity to innovate within an exciting greenfield application which you will be able to greatly impact.

? Understanding of master data management, CI/CD release automation, data ingestion pipelines, Kubernetes, GCP, and app integration/orchestration (e.g., Workato) is also meritable

What you’ll do
Provide clean, transformed data for our users to analyze
Have a direct relation with other parts of the business to understand the upcoming business needs. To drive the solution design of both process and systems, as well as implementing it
Apply best practices from software engineering to analytics code to ensure that we do versioning, testing and keep our development process nimble.
Make complex data intuitively understandable by using tools such as Power BI, Hex.tech and others
You will be working with your team and business stakeholders to design, implement and maintain data models to quantitatively support everything from performance reporting to improving process efficiency
Work together with other engineers to build state of the art data pipelines for a modern data stack
Be an active part in setting and implementing the technical roadmap to further improve the team’s technical foundation

In the role as Jr Fundraising Operations Associate, you will play an important part of the EQT Central Functions organization.
Responsibilities & Tasks
· Overview and storage of Fundraising documents, project plans and partner relationships
· Communicate Fund Raising project plans to Administrator and providing ongoing updates
· Ensure inputting and validation of Fundraising data on internal systems
· Review and execution of engagement letters with Fund Raising partners
· Preparation of various documents for handover, investor information, management decisions and presentations
· Liaison with the administrator and legal counsels regarding onboarding of new investors
· Assuring regulatory compliance with marketing rules in various jurisdictions outside of EEA
· Project manager internal projects
· Provide support on various projects and implementation of internal strategic initiatives as required
Professional experience & toolbox
· University level degree (finance or law related).
· 1+ years of relevant working experience in similar positions, such as for example fund administration or operations, project management or finace consultancy.
· Knowledge of Private Equity is appreciated, an interest in learning about Private Equity is a must.
· Efficient, well-organized, independent professional attitude with strong communication and personal skills. Flexible and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
· Experience working in an international environment; within private equity or the financial services industry is considered a benefit.
· Good command of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
