The Lead Trading Specialist will take charge of marketplace operations, ensuring every detail—from product data and stock levels to pricing and compliance—meets Dyson’s rigorous standards. Acting as the key link between the marketplaces, our 3rd party integrator Rithum, and Dyson systems, this role champions operational integrity and trading performance. You’ll drive commercial results while upholding our selective distribution requirements. Success depends on strong collaboration; working closely with the Sr. e-Commerce Manager to shape marketplace campaigns and activations and stepping in to support trading and merchandising across Dyson.com teams whenever required.
Accountabilities
At Dyson, agility and change are the norms. Your main accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage Dyson’s marketplace presence across Zalando and Veepee—ensuring product listings are current, optimized, and compliant.
Monitor and maintain product detail pages (PDPs) to meet Dyson’s selective distribution and brand criteria.
Own the full operational process between marketplaces, our channel integrator Rithum, and Dyson’s internal systems—acting as the subject matter expert and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Partner with CX and Finance teams to quickly resolve any customer service issues and credit blocks
Drive accurate and timely updates for product range, pricing, and stock levels across all marketplace channels.
Report regularly on marketplace trading performance—sales, stock, pricing, campaign effectiveness, and catalogue health—providing clear insights for stakeholder action.
Ensure marketplace trading plans are well developed and executed to maximize commercial opportunity, collaborating with the Senior E-commerce Manager on activation and media plans.
Build strong working relationships with marketplace account teams, leveraging insights to benefit Dyson’s channel approach.
Monitor and resolve operational bottlenecks or technical issues, escalating with urgency where required.
Support Dyson.com trading and merchandising initiatives as needed, flexing skills to amplify business outcomes across direct channels.
Continuously scan for new trading opportunities and trends in marketplace environments, sharing recommendations with the broader team.

Skills & Competencies
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in online trading, marketplace management, or e-commerce operations, ideally with exposure to multi-channel or retail brands.
Hands-on proficiency with marketplace platforms, channel integrators (preferably Rithum), and web trading systems.
Strong attention to detail for product data management, compliance, and operational accuracy.
Advanced problem-solving; quick to spot issues and resolve them end-to-end across systems and partners.
Proficient communicator, able to break down complex operational or technical matters for diverse teams.
Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing trading metrics and driving decisions from actionable insights.

About the role
The eCommerce Trading Executive will be responsible for supporting the overall trading and sales on the Direct Webshop for four markets in the Nordics region (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway).

About the Role
As the Head of Retail Sales (Nordics) you will be responsible for sales through all Physical Retail stores across the Nordic region. This is a broad role covering Electrical Retail, Beauty Retail, Dyson Demo Stores and all other physical Dyson Direct points of sale (concession & Mall Demo Zones). The Retail Execution team also reports directly into this role.
As part of the Nordic Lead Team you will be responsible ensuring that we provide shoppers & owners with the best possible experience of Dyson. You will ensure this through ongoing development of the physical distribution strategy and the execution of this through a team of third-party account managers, a field sales team, retail execution and direct store management. The team of more than 20 people is based across all four Nordic countries.

Deliver a vision and strategy to drive transformational growth for all key accounts

Consumer Insights and Market Analysis
· Work with category leads to define consumer target(s) and profiles, develop propositions and programs to drive business from the consumer target(s).
· Partner with the insights team to conduct competitor and market data analysis, including go-to-market and product performance claim analysis, to develop counter strategies and claims to win.
· Identify and align with the marketing team any consumer and market knowledge gaps, support research projects to fill in the knowledge gaps and transfer the learning into marketing activities and campaigns.
· Study and deep dive GFK market landscape identifying risks and investigate main competitors’ value/volume share changes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
· Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent, in Marketing, communications or a related field.
· 2+ years brand Marketing experience, preferably with consumer brand, appliances, or technologies.
· Familiarity of the Nordic markets, including the key channels and media vehicles/platforms.

OVERVIEW

Role purpose and key features
The Jr. Category Manager will be accountable for the Environmental Care category within the Nordics. Working with the Head of Marketing Nordics, they will drive strategies that deliver high category performance in terms of both profitability and brand reputation, short- and long-term growth
This role will work closely with a network of marketing colleagues based in Dyson’s global and local functions to help shape the right category plans to drive success in Nordics. They will help to define and deliver the commercial strategy for their category, within the context of overall Nordics growth strategy and Dyson’s global category ambitions
Key responsibilities
Develop and deliver the commercial strategy for the category
Develop and implement the category plan for Environmental Care

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The eCommerce Trading Manager will be responsible for all aspects of trading on the Direct Webshop in the Nordics. Working with the eCommerce Trading Executive he/she will deliver projects and promotions to drive the performance and support the growth of the Webshop channel as part of the wider Nordic Direct business. He/she will also be the key operational contact for improving all trading activities.
Working with a cross functional team both within Nordics and with EMEA functions, he/she will be responsible for the customer journey from stock inbound to product in hand. Working closely with the eCommerce Experience Manager and Digital Performance Executive, he/she will coordinate promotional campaigns as well as implementation of NPD. Relevant KPIs are web shop performance (Vol, GM, CvR, Traffic, Bounce Rate and TP) as well as Digital NPS.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
Responsible for the development of the Direct Trading Calendar into a world-class customer experience. Working with the eCommerce Trading Executive, E-Commerce Experience Manager and Commercial teams to execute the trading calendar – working around obstacles when they arise and ensuring all promotions are approved through the agreed processes.
Drive web shop trading performance together with the eCommerce Trading Executive – reporting on performance, spotting issues before they become problems, analysing previous campaigns and promotions and feeding into future plans.
Help in driving in trading profit through key levers, like payment, delivery and optimize traffic mix.
Working closely with Logistics to ensure stock is in place to support regular trading and promotions. Sharing current performance to facilitate more precise outbound logistics planning.
Owning the Direct Pricing Policy – ensuring that we remain compliant with all relevant policies.
