Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Reporting, Tax, and Control (Head of Finance) to join our team.
As the SVP of Reporting, Tax, and Control, you will report directly to our CFO and will oversee our Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams. Your leadership will ensure robust financial governance and compliance across all our operations. This pivotal role demands expertise in IFRS and extensive experience with publicly listed companies in Europe. Proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
What You Will Do
Group Reporting and Consolidation
Oversee the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Implement and maintain robust financial controls across the group

External Reporting and Compliance
Lead the preparation and review of annual and interim financial reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including CSRD reporting
Liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth and efficient audits

Audit Committee Engagement
Prepare and present financial reports to the Audit Committee
Address and resolve any queries or concerns raised by the Audit Committee
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance financial oversight and governance



Tax Management
Oversee the development and implementation of tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements
Manage relationships with tax authorities and advisors



Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the Group Accounting, Reporting, Tax, Control, and Payroll teams
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations



Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable.


Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with significant experience in publicly listed companies in Europe, Sweden preferred.
Proven track record of managing group reporting, tax, and control functions at a senior level
Extensive experience with IFRS and external reporting requirements


Skills:
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Hands-on approach, not shy to dive into the nitty-gritty to challenge and improve existing processes while keeping the main goals in sight.
Knowledge of financial software (NetSuite) and systems
Proficiency in Swedish is preferred, in addition to fluency in English

We are now looking for a senior legal counsel as well as two legal counsels to our European corporate commercial team based at our headquarters in Stockholm!
About the job:
Together with the global corporate commercial legal team, you will be providing legal advice on all aspects of the Cint Group’s legal matters. The majority of your work will be dedicated to commercial contracts where you will be working closely with the commercial teams on a global basis. In addition, the roles include corporate governance, company law as well as data privacy and other aspects of day-to-day corporate and commercial law. You will liaise with external law firms on legal issues related to the above. Your role is also to continuously develop adequate key legal templates and processes related to the legal work.
As the senior legal counsel you will also participate in the negotiations of Cint’s largest and most important contracts as well as coach and lead the more junior members of the legal team.
You will report to Senior Legal Counsel (head of Europe corporate commercial) based in Stockholm.
The Cint legal team is growing globally but currently consists of 12 team members, located in the United States and Sweden. The General Counsel is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
What we are looking for:
For the Senior Legal Counsel role we are looking for you who has a Swedish or international LL.M. degree followed by at least 5 - 6 years of experience of international business law with focus on general commercial law from a law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel.
For the Legal Counsel roles we are looking for you who has a Swedish or international LL.M. degree followed by at least 3 - 4 years of experience of international business law with focus on general commercial law from a law firm and/or as an in-house legal counsel.
For all roles we see that you have experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. It’s an advantage if you also have experience of data privacy/GDPR-related work. The Team
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Technical Architect for our IT Back Office, who will drive the implementation and evolution of our global Internal IT environment. At Cint we have “Business driven IT” and makes all parties involved in decisions made within the business together with IT. As the Senior Technical Architect you will work with stakeholders and the Internal IT team to best address the current and future needs of the business.

The Role
Together with the IT Backoffice team, you’ll be responsible for the development, implementation and governance o our infrastructure, systems and support escalations. In this role you will be focusing on:
Working with the business to identify needs, architecting and managing by design a modern and scalable solution
You are an experienced Technical Architect within IT back-office who thrives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will add value to our existing team, bring technical leadership and innovative new ideas
You will drive key technical change and provide a hands-on supportive technical approach
You will work closely with the business in IT governance teams to articulate business problems and translate them into technical solutions

You will help build and manage Cint´s next generation technology as a cloud based and remote first solution to meet Cint’s business objectives. You will join a global Internal IT team with IT back office operating primarily from Stockholm.

Role Purpose
As the Senior Technical Architect your focus will be:
Act as System administrator in IT Governance for Internal IT and development of IT infrastructure, systems, integrations, and automations.
To develop and follow up on IT Security measures to detect and thwart IT security risks.
Handle Firstline support escalations.
Manage IT projects and join business related projects involve the IT Backoffice,
Act as a System Administrator in IT governance with the various governance business related groups.
Enable and support “Business driven IT”, where IT facilitates business requirements.
