Reporting to the CFO in Stockolm and the Funding director in Paris, the senior finance manager will be responsibile of the following tasks:
Capital and Debt Management
Lead on new project financing and refinancing
Facility agreement management
Loan covenant management and monitoring of existing finance projects
Maintain and manipulate banking cash flow modem/liquidity model
Management of derivatives
Management of Guarantee and securities

Daily communication with main bank partners
Cultivate bank relationships
Cash Management
Schedule and commence cash distributions based on project finance covenant management
Internal policies
Finance Management
Daily payment and bank reconciliation
Perform finance analysis for subsidiary companies and provided advice for improvement
Finance management for subsidiary companies
Other tasks assigned by management
Interdepartmental coordination
