The Global Service Sales team in Business Unit HSS is responsible for driving the Service business for HSS in the Food & Water Division by developing and launching new Service offerings, via upgrades and connectivity, by supporting Sales Companies and by Pricing.

About the job

You will actively develop the Service business to improve the customer experience and continue our successful growth journey. This role comprises of service development, launches, promotion and marketing and training material. Connected services is one specific area which you will be focusing on. You will also be involved in management of Global Key Accounts. You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Service, DC, Sales Companies and customers.

Product & Portfolio Manager Marine

BU HSS is active in all three divisions in Alfa Laval: Food & Water, Marine and Energy, and is contributing to improving the performance of our customers processes in a sustainable way in a wide variety of different applications.
The Product Management & Marketing organization is responsible for defining the current and future customer needs and to translate these needs into a short- and long-term product development strategy leading into innovative solutions providing unique customer values. The organization is based in Tumba.

 
As Portfolio and Product Manger Marine you will be responsible for the product & portfolio management and marketing for the marine division by securing quality, competitiveness, compliance and life cycle of existing product ranges as well as gathering market and customer insights from the Marine industry to understand product and customer needs to develop and implement product portfolio roadmap and plan. You will also be a member of the Marine Separation Sales management team and work closely and cross functionally with your colleagues in different functions to determine the strategy and the long-term development of the Marine high speed separation business.

Your Main Responsibilities
* Collect the relevant customer and marketing insights and translate these insights into a clear product portfolio roadmap and product development plan.
* Develop, own and drive the product development plan in very close cooperation with our R&D, Sales, Service, Engineering & Supply and the manufacturing organization
* Initiate cost competitiveness improvements programs and secure an efficient and competitive global supply chain set-up for our current product portfolio.
* Inspire and lead to deliver a superior customer experience across the Marine organization.
Your Personal Profile & Qualifications
* A university degree in engineering and or industrial marketing
* Several years of experience in product management roles
* Strong business acumen and proven track record of delivering a superior customer experience
* High degree of global perspective in every aspect of the work
* Strong influential skills to engage and inspire
* Good in alignment and execution in a complex matrix organization
* Strong accountability in delivering result
* Full professional English proficiency is a must.

Vi ser som en självklarhet att du har mycket goda kunskaper i Excel och BI system.  Med fördel har du erfarenhet av Microsoft Dynamics AX som ERP system.

Who we are
The Service Team in Business Unit MSH is responsible for service offerings, service sales, pricing, technical support, and training for our Marine customers. We work in close cooperation with our Sales companies.

Today, we centrally conduct over 35 classroom trainings per year, not including local trainings and our digital-based learning materials. Our trainings receive very high ratings and competence development is an important part of our organization and is a differentiator in our business. 

About the job

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for product & application competence development globally, which targets our service and sales engineers as well as our external customers. You will also be responsible for enhancing the capabilities of participants to increase job performance while supporting our business goals.

In cooperation with our Sales companies and customers you and your team will be responsible to develop, plan, budget and run training programs centrally, at one of our global training centers or locally at Sales companies. You will secure they are launched and fully supported. The task also includes developing and maintaining our growing digital training offering.

You will also coordinate Service's internal communication on our Intranet -Share.

You report to Head of Service and are member of the Service Management Team, meaning you play a crucial role in developing and contributing to the business unit’s service development.

Other Key Tasks:
* Prioritizing the learning offering portfolio so that it supports our business.
* Developing and implementing global training strategy for our products and applications.
* Development and execution of training programs.
* Consistently explore and apply technologies, modern learning methods and digital learning practices to transform the way we deliver training.
* Manage our modern learning management system.
* Manage vendors and make portfolio decisions in alignment with strategy
* Lead a team of technical trainers, coordinators and project leaders and work cross functionality with other training individuals in Alfa Laval.

Sourcing is working within Alfa Laval Parts distributions centers and has the responsibility for sourcing activities and developing suppliers within our spare part business. For our team in Stockholm, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with experience in supply chain management to be part of the Global Sourcing Organization. You will be working in a global environment with many points of contact but be based in Stockholm.

About the job

You will be working with e.g. supplier consolidation and re-sourcing of spare parts in the supply chain of the Distribution Center in Tumba, one of the largest buying units in Alfa Laval. You will also be responsible for a number of appointed suppliers and secure development and performance as well as finding opportunities within your product group mainly related to electrical components where the yearly spend is 16m EUR.

You will be sitting in a friendly and supportive environment with a team of five specialists and two project managers on site as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
