The Global Service Sales team in Business Unit HSS is responsible for driving the Service business for HSS in the Food & Water Division by developing and launching new Service offerings, via upgrades and connectivity, by supporting Sales Companies and by Pricing.

About the job

You will actively develop the Service business to improve the customer experience and continue our successful growth journey. This role comprises of service development, launches, promotion and marketing and training material. Connected services is one specific area which you will be focusing on. You will also be involved in management of Global Key Accounts. You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Service, DC, Sales Companies and customers.

About the job

You will work as Regional Business Manager (RBM) within the HSS Mineral Oil team and will be one of the corner stones within the global marine organization.

Main product is High-Speed Separators (HSS) for cleaning of fuels and lubricants onboard ships. Our customers are shipowners and shipyards. You will support sales companies in their daily business with focus on new build projects. Key responsibilities for the position include:
* Develop and grow HSS sales within your defined area
* Give commercial support in quotation processes
* Follow-up and report business KPIs and actions

Product & Portfolio Manager Marine

BU HSS is active in all three divisions in Alfa Laval: Food & Water, Marine and Energy, and is contributing to improving the performance of our customers processes in a sustainable way in a wide variety of different applications.
The Product Management & Marketing organization is responsible for defining the current and future customer needs and to translate these needs into a short- and long-term product development strategy leading into innovative solutions providing unique customer values. As Portfolio and Product Manger Marine you will be responsible for the product & portfolio management and marketing for the marine division by securing quality, competitiveness, compliance and life cycle of existing product ranges as well as gathering market and customer insights from the Marine industry to understand product and customer needs to develop and implement product portfolio roadmap and plan. About the job

You will also coordinate Service's internal communication on our Intranet -Share.

You report to Head of Service and are member of the Service Management Team, meaning you play a crucial role in developing and contributing to the business unit’s service development.

* Prioritizing the learning offering portfolio so that it supports our business.
* Developing and implementing global training strategy for our products and applications.
* Development and execution of training programs.
* Consistently explore and apply technologies, modern learning methods and digital learning practices to transform the way we deliver training.
* Manage our modern learning management system.
* Manage vendors and make portfolio decisions in alignment with strategy
* Lead a team of technical trainers, coordinators and project leaders and work cross functionality with other training individuals in Alfa Laval.
* Responsible for operation of our training center in Tumba

* Identify and present regulatory obligations. Evaluate impact and recommended actions for information and decision-making purposes.
* Support with technical compliance expertise and guidance.

About the job

You will be working with e.g. supplier consolidation and re-sourcing of spare parts in the supply chain of the Distribution Center in Tumba, one of the largest buying units in Alfa Laval. You will also be responsible for a number of appointed suppliers and secure development and performance as well as finding opportunities within your product group mainly related to electrical components where the yearly spend is 16m EUR.

You will be sitting in a friendly and supportive environment with a team of five specialists and two project managers on site as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
