What we are looking for:
· Leader, Storyteller, Navigator, Problem-solver.
· Resides in Stockholm or its vicinity.
· Has one of the following language combinations:
German (C1 or C2) + English (B2 or above)
Italian (C1 or C2) + English (B2 or above)
Spanish (C1 or C2) + English (B2 or above)
French (C1 or C2) + English (B2 or above)
German (C1 or C2)


We offer:

Employment duration: seasonal employment from May 2023 until the end of October 2023 and season 2024
Working hours: Varying working hours
Salary: Fixed, hourly salary

The training is scheduled to start on April 13 and last until May 12. Training sessions will be Monday to Friday, 3 days a week (9h00 to 17h00).

We are seeking for service minded, outgoing candidates, willing to meet tourists from all over the world.
It is a requirement that you should be able to speak one or more of the following languages:
(mother tongue or very fluent level)
German, Italian, English, Spanish, French
It is considered an advantage if you have worked in the tourism industry before, but it is not mandatory.
As the amount of cruise ship tourists increases every year in Stockholm, there is a growing demand for more guides, able to present the city highlights.
We are currently looking for candidates ,who are interested in working as cruise guides after a special training. The training is scheduled from the end of February until the end of April 2022 and it is organized and funded by Baltic Gateway AB.
The frequency of the classes in the course will be around twice a week ( late afternoon or evening) and some weekends.
To be able to join the course , you are requested to be living in Stockholm or its vicinity.

We are currently looking for a Shore Excursion and Turnaround Manager (based in Stockholm) for our cruise line clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Shore Excursion Manager, you will be acting as Company Representative and be in charge of coordinating, supervising the shore excursion operations at the pier and reporting to the Main Office during the day of the call.
You will also be responsible for the Turnaround operations (guests embarkation at the beginning of the cruise/disembarkation at the end of the cruise) at the pier and at the airport. For this you will be in close contact with the cruise ship as well as cruise line headquarters, port, and airport authorities. You will recruit, supervise, and coordinate a team of approximately 50 people between port and airport.
Skills:
Fluent in English, additional language(s) is an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish language is considered a plus
High work capacity and ability to keep focus under high levels of stress
Flexibility in working hours
Leadership, human resourcing, working well in a team, service minded, being able to multitask, problem-solver
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Experience in working with Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
Previous experience in same position or cruise line industry is considered a plus Visa mindre
