About the Internship:

As an intern with us, you will be a part of our marketing and communications team and gain practical experience in PR, influencer marketing, and social media. You will work closely with our brands Kuling, STOY, and Buddy and Hope, and be involved in both creative and strategic tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• PR and brand communication support
• Influencer marketing: outreach, coordination, and follow-ups
• Seeding products and identifying new collaboration opportunities
• Managing and publishing content on Instagram and TikTok
• Creating engaging content (photo, video, captions, concepts)
• Supporting campaigns, launches, and other marketing activities
• Assisting with general marketing and communication tasks

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is studying marketing, communication, PR, media, or similar (LIA required)
• Has a strong interest in PR, social media, and influencer marketing

• Has a good understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends
• Is comfortable creating content and expressing ideas visually and in text

We are now looking for a structured and proactive Buying Assistant to join our growing team and support the development and sourcing of high-quality products for families across Europe.

About the role

As a Purchasing Assistant for primarily the Kuling brand, you will play a key part in our product development and sourcing process. You will work closely with product managers, pattern makers, CSR department and international suppliers to secure accurate samples, on-time deliveries, and smooth administrative processes from concept to final production.

This role suits someone who enjoys a mix of product handling, supplier communication, and administrative structure and who has a genuine interest in textiles and children’s outerwear.

You will report to the Head of Proprietary Brands and be part of the Kuling product team within Babyshop Group.

Key Responsibilities

Measure and review samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and trims to ensure they match our specifications

Manage daily communication and follow-ups with international factories and suppliers

Update, maintain, and adjust tech packs, including sketches, labels, packaging and manuals

Handle order administration, master data, and item creation in our systems

Support the sample approval process and track lead times across development stages

Follow up on certificates, sustainability documentation, and inspection reports together with our CSR manager

Monitor key KPIs such as on-time delivery, sample approval timelines, and cost deviations

Assist with general product development tasks to support the sourcing and design teams

Qualifications

Educational background in textiles, garment technology, product development or similar

Skilled in Excel (data handling, formulas, structure)

Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and ability to work with simple sketches, tech packs and update labels

Experience working with ERP or PDM/PLM systems is an advantage

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple timelines and tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills and comfortable working with international suppliers

Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese is a plus

ABOUT THE POSITION

Data plays a vital role in Babyshop’s organization, where it acts as the foundation to our everyday work; whether it being more traditional reporting about what has happened, ad-hoc analysis to understand why that happened, or highly complex machine learning models to predict what will happen. We truly believe that one of the key factors of gaining a competitive advantage in a highly competitive market, is through the use of our data. As a Data Analyst, you will use data and a creative mindset to assist the organization in becoming the go-to store for parents.

You will work closely with different stakeholders of the organization to take data-driven decisions, based on your analysis as a foundation. Here, you will perform both smaller ad-hoc analysis for fast insights, analysis for larger long-term projects as well as dashboards to create long-lasting value from insights. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Proactively develop cutting edge analysis and insights to drive decisions and strategies for customer acquisition, retention and personalization.
• Assist different parts of our customer acquisition, retention and personalization by providing actionable insights, both through ad-hoc analysis as well as analysis for larger long-term projects.
• Design and implement new dashboards to assist different parts of the organization, to create long-lasting value from insights, as well as maintaining and improving existing works.
