About the Role
As Controller at Atlas Antibodies, you’ll be a strategic partner to the management teams of our subsidiaries in the UK and Switzerland. You’ll lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), drive insights that shape decisions, and play a key role in compliance, sustainability reporting (CSRD), and support M&A activities when needed. Your work will influence reporting to our Board and owner, Patricia Industries (part of Investor), and help steer the growth of a company with global ambitions. 
Tasks and Mission
Step into a role that truly matters. As Controller at Atlas Antibodies, you’ll work closely with our subsidiaries in the UK and Switzerland- while being based in Stockholm. You’ll be the analytical engine behind decision-making and a trusted sparring partner to the business, where your insights, questions and ideas help shape the direction forward.
In this role, you will:
Partner closely with management teams to support strategic and operational decisions
Lead budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis
Work closely with the Financial Controller at Atlas Antibodies and local accountants in the UK and Switzerland, ensuring high-quality monthly reporting
Support the group consolidation process, helping secure accurate and timely reporting across the companies
Translate financial data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Challenge assumptions and support the organisation with clear, well-grounded analysis
Contribute to compliance and sustainability reporting (including CSRD)
Support M&A work and reporting to our Board and owner
Collaborate across teams and countries, ensuring clarity, alignment and a solutions-oriented approach

What Makes You a Great Fit
You have 2-5 years as a Controller or similar role
Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI/Bright Analytics is a plus
FP&A expertise: budgeting, forecasting, reporting
Familiarity with compliance and CSRD
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The Atlas Antibodies R&D team ensure reproducible and efficient manufacturing and life-cycle management of our core offering of primary antibodies, but also the development of new products and services. The team is well synchronized utilizing weekly planning to check on priorities, and monthly R&D seminar series where we share our findings and discuss interesting topics.
As Laboratory Engineer in R&D you get to collaborate with other departments, especially with QC, and there are good opportunities to learn about the functions throughout the organization.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
· Generate product specifications according to defined procedure
· Perform laboratory work contributing to product development
· Support product care and technical customer support by investigational studies
· Ensure lab and instrument maintenance and a safe work environment
· Actively contribute to improvements of processes and methods
· Contribute to scientific and technical development
About you
Your background and experience
· Master’s degree within natural sciences- chemistry or biology
· Laboratory Experience > 1 year
· Experience working in biochemistry
· Knowledge and practical experience in the Western Blot (WB) technique
· Good communication and documentation skills
· Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Laboratory Technician / Laboratorietekniker Atlas Antibodies
Are you a relatively recent BMA graduate, Biomedical engineer, Molecular biologist or similar and are you keen to start your career in Life Science?
We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our production team.
In the role of Laboratory Technician, you will perform routine work in the lab for the production of biotechnological research reagents and intermediates. You will work with preparation and completion of production, produce buffers and solutions and ensure that consumables in the warehouse do not run out.
The position is a 6 month assignment, with the possibility of extension. Start immediately or according to agreement.
About Atlas Antibodies
Atlas Antibodies was founded in 2006 as a start-up from the Human Protein Atlas project and has successfully launched more than 60,000 products for protein research. The company was originally founded by researchers at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm and the Rudbeck Laboratory, Uppsala University in Uppsala to handle the production, marketing and sales of research tools developed by the Swedish-based Human Protein Atlas program. Today the company has full in-house manufacturing facilities and offers four premium quality product lines: Triple A Polyclonals, PrecisA Monoclonals and PrEST Antigens. The company markets and sells its products globally through multiple distribution channels and has approximately 60 employees. The company site is in the Stockholm area.
Responsibilities and duties:
•Perform production-related tasks and analyzes according to current instructions
•Document results according to current instructions
•Production of buffers, agar plates and medium, Autoclaving
•Handle intermediates and raw materials
•Perform simpler maintenance and operation of laboratory equipment
•Actively participate in the work with improvement and further development of processes and methods
•Capture and report deviations in accordance with current procedures for handling deviations
•Together with the Production Group work for a good culture
Experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as BMA, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or Biomedicine
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,
Knowledge on the Office package and flexibility to learn new softwares

Meritorious
• Experience wokring with analysis techniques such as ELISA, MS, ÄKTA and protein cultivation
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.,
