The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving overall business performance, and ensuring that the company operates efficiently and in line with the Board’s long-term vision. This role requires strong experience in leading organizations through growth, operational improvement, and international expansion. The holding company of the company is a joint venture of a Korean company and a US company, so the CEO should be fluent both in Korean and English.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy in alignment with the Board’s direction.
Lead the management team and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and operational performance across all business units.
Drive market expansion initiatives, new product development, and strategic partnerships.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Swedish corporate governance standards and industry regulations.
Foster a high-performance organizational culture with strong accountability and employee engagement.
Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure robust decision-making processes.

3. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in consumer goods, FMCG, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including board-level communication.
Proven ability to lead multicultural teams.
Fluent both in English and Korean

2. Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Oversee accounting, statutory reporting, and tax compliance according to Swedish GAAP or IFRS.

3. Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
Fluent both in English and Korean
