Du kommer att driva den ändringshantering som krävs för att ”landa” dessa initiativ.




Den ideala kandidaten kommer att ha en blandning av rådgivning, strategisk planering, analys och verksamhetsbakgrund. De kommer att ha visat erfarenhet av att erbjuda stark affärsanalys och leverera på projekt i alla storlekar och ha förståelse för underleverantörer. De måste kunna frodas och lyckas i en entreprenörsmiljö och inte hindras av tvetydighet eller konkurrerande prioriteringar. Detta innebär att du inte bara kan utveckla och driva projekt, bygga rätt analys, utan också kan rulla upp ärmarna, gräva in och få jobbet gjort. I denna roll kommer du att förutse flaskhalsar, förutse och göra avvägningar och balansera företagets behov kontra tekniska begränsningar. En förmåga att ta stora, komplexa projekt och dela upp dem i hanterbara delar, utveckla funktionella specifikationer och sedan leverera dem på ett framgångsrikt och snabbt sätt med rätt mätvärden och KPI: er förväntas. Mognad, hög bedömning, förhandlingsfärdigheter, förmåga att påverka, analytisk talang och ledarskap är avgörande för att denna roll ska lyckas.


Position med vara beläget på vårt Stockholmskontor men med en del EMEA-baserade resor.


Vi letar efter någon som brinner för verksamheten i ett företag. Hjälper till att säkerställa att verksamheten kan optimera dess inverkan på kundernas vägnar eftersom det är så operativt sundt. De obligatoriska kvalifikationerna inkluderar följande:


5+ år i en högteknologisk organisation för professionella tjänster i en PMO och / eller i att konsultera operativa roller som driver strategi och drift
Rekord för att hantera komplexa projekt med aggressiva scheman och knappa resurser
Företagsrekord för att vara detaljorienterad med en demonstrerad förmåga att självmotivera och följa projekt
Starka muntliga och skriftliga kommunikationsförmågor, med förmågan att arbeta effektivt i interna och externa organisationer
3+ års finansiell och analytisk erfarenhet i en teknik- eller konsultmiljö
Grundexamen eller motsvarande erfarenhet
Erfarenhet av att spåra och arbeta med slutkunder på kundfordringar
Demonstrerad erfarenhet som proaktivt känner igen en utmaning eller ett problem och arbetar med olika team och datakällor för att diagnostisera problemet och rekommendera lösningar. Visa mindre
