Om rollen
Eftersom vi fortfarande är en start-up, så kommer arbetsuppgifterna med stor sannolikhet variera enligt vad som behövs mest. Men ditt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde kommer vara att stötta vårt sälj- och operativa team, genom att till exempel:
Svara på mail och meddelanden från våra andra kommunikationskanaler.
Ha telefonsamtal och videomöten med intressenter, där du svarar på frågor eller ger en virtuell visning av en av våra byggnader.
Sköta vissa administrativa uppgifter, såsom registrera intressenter i våra interna system.



En god fingertoppskänsla för effektiv kommunikation och ett välorganiserat arbetssätt kommer att vara dina viktigaste verktyg i den här rollen. Vår målsättning är att du inte ska behöva någon djupgående förkunskap för att verkligen kunna glänsa i den här rollen, och vi kommer därför lägga störst vikt vid personlig lämplighet i vår process.


Praktiska detaljer
Omfattning på cirka 20 timmar i veckan, beroende på ditt schema och var vi landar i fråga om arbetsuppgifter.
Goda förutsättningar finns även för att kunna hantera en stor del av arbetet på distans. Vi har inte det minsta emot ifall du har studier eller liknande på gång vid sidan av, men vi hade gärna sett att du har möjligheten att komma förbi kontoret då och då.
Det enda kravet vi har är att du kan uttrycka dig problemfritt på både Engelska och Svenska i tal och skrift, då vi ofta använder oss av båda språken i vår verksamhet.

As a “Property Handyman”, you are the person in charge of making sure that all infrustructures in our properties around Stockholm are regularly maintained and everything is working properly.

Job Description:
Inspect our properties regularly to ensure that they meet necessary safety standards.
Proceed with routine maintenance in all infrastructure, such as washing machines, dishwashers, gym equipment, sauna etc.
Perform property works when needed that can include (but not limited to) basic carpentry works, gardening, painting, small fixes throughout the properties etc.
Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb our residents.
Plan and oversee any outsourced technical works.
Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages).
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.



Requirements and skills
Proven experience in general maintenance duties.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer etc.
Hotel industry experience is a plus.
Basic carpentry knowledge is a plus.
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly.
Problem-solving aptitude.
Good knowledge of English.
Need to have coordination or personal number

What will you do?


You will be working closely with the management team and provide support as well as lead in a large variety of tasks & projects.


Proactive problem resolution - define, design, and implement business process-based solutions
Customer relations - daily managing of new inquiries by chat, mail & phone
Create, test & evaluate new workflows optimizing operations & resident experience
Assist with the planning and execution of new properties in Sweden's largest cities
Manage resident data and bookings in management systems
Assist and take ownership in the day-to-day property management & support for residents
