Din roll
Som Group Accounting Specialist blir du en central del av koncernens redovisnings- och rapporteringsfunktion. Du arbetar brett och strategiskt med koncernbokslut, analys, intern kontroll och utveckling av gemensamma processer och arbetssätt. Rollen är internationell till sin natur och innebär löpande samarbete med dotterbolag, controllers och övriga funktioner inom Group Finance.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Ansvarar tillsammans med teamet för koncernens finansiella konsolidering, bokslut och årsredovisning
Säkerställer intern och extern rapportering enligt IFRS
Utvecklar och underhåller rapporter i koncernens rapporteringssystem
Driver och/eller deltar i utvecklingsprojekt inom koncernredovisning och processförbättring
Ansvarar för specifika delar i bokslutsprocessen, inklusive analys och kvalitetssäkring av data samt journalbokningar
Deltar i framtagandet av interimsrapporter och årsredovisning och ansvarar för vissa noter
Stämmer av koncerninterna mellanhavanden
Är huvudkontakt för dotterbolag avseende IFRS 16 Leasing



Din Profil
Vi söker dig som har en relevant examen inom ekonomi, exempelvis som civilekonom eller motsvarande, och som vill fortsätta utvecklas inom koncernredovisning och finansiell rapportering. Du har redan några års erfarenhet av redovisning, gärna från koncernredovisning eller revision, och du har byggt upp en solid förståelse för IFRS och hur finansiella rapporteringsprocesser fungerar i praktiken.


Du trivs i en miljö där kvalitet, analys och struktur är i fokus, och du har en stark förmåga att omvandla komplexa siffror till tydlig och tillförlitlig information. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på både svenska och engelska, i tal såväl som skrift, och det är meriterande om du har arbetat i koncernrapporteringssystem och större ERP?lösningar.

About the job
As Compliance Counsel, reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will take the lead in our Data Privacy program and contribute to broader compliance governance. You are not expected to know everything from day one—what matters most is your integrity, curiosity, and willingness to learn. You will receive structured onboarding, ongoing mentorship, and access to a knowledgeable team that supports your development every step of the way.
You will collaborate closely with Legal Support, business units, and group functions to further develop and implement our compliance program. Your main focus areas include data privacy (lead), antitrust, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions, export controls, and customs.


Examples of work tasks are:
Lead the Data Protection Program (GDPR) – Guiding and supporting the organization in adhering to Alleima’s data privacy framework.
Advise on International Trade Compliance – Becoming a trusted advisor on export controls and sanctions, with support from experienced colleagues.
Develop and Improve Compliance Policies and Procedures – Helping shape robust structures that enable ethical operations across the business.

Your Profile


You hold a Swedish law degree and bring around 3–5 years of experience, preferably from a producing company. Your Role
The Alleima Group Treasury Function handles and manages the Group’s payment infrastructure and flows, as well as financing and liquidity risks. It also supports Group companies with loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and commodity hedging transactions through the internal banking operation. Group Treasury supports and advises Group companies on cash management, financial matters, Trade Finance, credit management, and NWC improvement solutions. The function is also responsible for managing financial risks associated with the Group’s defined-benefit pension plans.
You will, amongst other things, be responsible for the following main activities:
Manage Alleima Group’s bank guarantee and support letter portfolios
Drive net working capital improvements via SCF and SoR programs
Advise on trade finance instruments for credit and risk mitigation
Execute trade finance instruments with external counterparties
Procure and implement financial NWC solutions
Approve internal trade finance transactions, credit risk mitigation requests, and NWC solutions
Report and reconcile portfolios
Support ad hoc projects and analysis



You will be part of the Front-office team and work closely with Middle- and Back-office.


About You
We believe you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business, Finance or within a related field. Given our global operations, fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is essential for this position. Hands-on experience with Trade Finance products and/or financial Net Working Capital improvement solutions is desirable but not mandatory. Experience from treasury functions, banks, or financial institutions in similar roles is considered a strong advantage.

Your Role

About You
We are looking for a candidate with a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business, Finance, or a related field, and with prior experience from a corporate treasury function, finance department, bank, or other financial institution that manages payments and settlement of financial transactions. You have previous knowledge of cash management, payments, and financial instrument settlements, and are experienced in using relevant financial systems. About the role
As a Digital Platforms & Performance Manager at Alleima, you will lead the strategic development and performance optimization of our external website and related digital platforms. Your work will ensure that our digital presence reflects Alleima’s brand, supports communication goals, and delivers measurable impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as product owner for Alleima’s external website and digital platforms, ensuring strategic alignment, usability, and operational excellence.
Manage external partners and agencies, overseeing development, maintenance, and optimization of digital solutions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration, representing Group Communications in discussions with IT and other stakeholders to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
Drive development initiatives, including structural updates, redesigns, and AI-driven enhancements to improve user experience and search performance.

About you
You hold a university degree in communications, marketing, data/system sciences, or a related technical field, ideally combining analytical and communication expertise. And bring solid experience managing digital communication platforms such as corporate websites. You understand how these platforms support brand and communication objectives, and you’re comfortable working with digital analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights. Your knowledge spans SEO, GEO targeting, and emerging trends like AI-driven search optimization, and you have a proven ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive strategic decisions. Experience with WeChat or lead generation is a plus, but not a requirement. Strong skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, are essential.
Your personal qualities are imperative for this position. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working with external suppliers, IT teams, and internal stakeholders, preferably within large, international organizations with matrix structures. Your Role
The Alleima Group Treasury Function handles and manages the Group’s payment infrastructure and flows, as well as financing and liquidity risks. It also supports Group companies with loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and commodity hedging transactions through the internal banking operation. Group Treasury supports and advises Group companies on cash management, financial matters, Trade Finance, credit management, and NWC improvement solutions. The function is also responsible for managing financial risks associated with the Group’s defined-benefit pension plans.
You will, amongst other things, be responsible for the following main activities:
Manage Alleima Group’s bank guarantee and support letter portfolios
Drive net working capital improvements via SCF and SoR programs
Advise on trade finance instruments for credit and risk mitigation
Execute trade finance instruments with external counterparties
Procure and implement financial NWC solutions
Approve internal trade finance transactions and credit risk mitigation requests, and NWC solutions
Report and reconcile portfolios
Support ad hoc projects and analysis



You will be part of the Front-office team and work closely with Middle- and Back-office.
About You
We believe you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business, Finance, or a related field, and bring with you relevant work experience. About the job
As a Legal Counsel, you play a crucial role in providing legal advice to the entire Alleima organization across multiple functions and jurisdictions. Your main focus will be corporate and commercial matters including drafting, reviewing, and managing different legal documents. You will work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, R&D, and IT functions, but you may also handle legal matters throughout the entire Alleima group.
Examples of work tasks are:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements such as supply, purchasing, and cooperation agreements for our different business units and functions.
Providing legal support in M&A projects.

Your Profile

Your Role
As a participant in our Global Rotation Program within Alleima group, including our Kanthal Business, you work with different predefined Key initiatives for example in areas of operational and commercial excellence, continuous improvements, quality, value stream mapping, market analytics and automation projects to mention some of them.
These initiatives will be carried out in countries like US, Germany, India, Czech Republic, UK, and Sweden, making a significant impact on our business and our customers.
With a master’s degree in engineering in relevant areas such as mechanical, material science or industrial engineering, or a master’s degree in finance or business control, you will be integrated into our Business Units and Operation Sites to develop and contribute to our activities.
You will take significant ownership for the projects you participate in and drive improvement initiatives and performance management. You will work on four-month rotations in three different Business Units around the globe, engaging in interesting and relevant projects.
All accommodations during the rotations abroad will be arranged by the company.
The program is scheduled to start during March 2025 and will continue through March 2026.
It is designed to lead to a permanent position within one of our Business Units somewhere in the world.

We offer full time, permanent employment in the program from day one as a Project manager within the program. During the first assignment, participants will meet in Sandviken Sweden for a week of introduction and training, focused on getting to know our business and on your development. Upon hire, you will be assigned a company mentor who will provide you with guidance and advice to build your career plan.
At the end of the program, you will perform an evaluation with your mentor and the Global Program Leads. All training both in hard and soft skills during the program are meant to build the foundation of your future career evolution.
Your profile
We are seeking candidates with one of the following qualifications:
A master’s degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, material science or industrial engineering)
A master’s degree in finance or business control

Experience in collaboration on different projects is essential for both areas.
Is your background within engineering we expect you to understand manufacturing and business processes, have analytical skills of machine, process and product data and be able to transform that knowledge into actions. Experience with LEAN manufacturing concepts and continuous improvements is also required.
If your background is in finance or business control, you should have a strong ability to analyze financial data, prepare forecasts and deliver meaningful reports to drive business decisions.
You have a good experience and understanding of financial mechanisms in a manufacturing environment, as well as a solid understanding of market trends and connect financial data to broader business strategies.
