A bit more about your job
Allego is growing in Denmark and to stay ahead we are in need of an additional Project Manager who will lead the installation of charging sites. At Allego we call this person a?Delivery Manager. As a Delivery Manager you will be planning the installation, mobilizing our installation partners and doing the overall project management during the realization phase of Allego EV chargers. During the process you work closely with our site partners, installers and our realization team in the Nordics as well as with teams across Europe. Your key areas of focus are:
Installation of new charging location: You will manage every installation project by managing our contractors. Also you are in the lead of coordinating an planning with municipalities and grid operators for permits, grid-connections and planning.
Procuring contractors and local equipment. Chargers are procured centrally but you call off the required chargers and keep track of stock.
Support contracting team with predesigns and advice on best site lay outs sometimes directly with site partner.
Technical backbone: In case of technical issues during the installation or operation of our chargers you are the first line of support to our contractors.
You also ensure the process is aligned with way of working in our support system in MS Dynamics



This is you (at least we hope)
You are result driven and someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment and you have a degree in Engineering. You have a least a few years’ experience from high power installations or as project leader for construction work. Experience in public charging infrastructure is a big plus. Your skills include, but are not limited to:
Managing multiple installation projects at the same time;
Independently conducting location intakes, including technical design of the site;
Thinking in solutions instead of problems;
You are living in Finland or Sweden;
You are?a native Danish speaker?and speak English fluently (Swedish is a plus).

A bit more about the job
Allego is now ready to continue expanding its European High-Power Charging (HPC) network in Norway.
As a Business Developer Norway within the Nordic region you will be responsible for Norway primarily. In this role you will tailor the segment strategies to the country specific situation and identify and contract potential charging sites, based on your knowledge of the Allego value proposition.
You will engage with land and property owners from the retail sector, B2B clients, highway operators and governments. You will be directly responsible for the successful negotiations with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers. Internally, you will work with our Network Planning team to assess profitability of locations, and you will hand over secured locations to your Delivery Manager colleagues that will take care of construction and installation. You join a small but enthusiastic team in the Nordics based in Stockholm and Malmö consisting of 10 people today, and will be an important representative of Allego in Norway.
In short, in this role you:
· Identify, assess, and offer long term land lease or purchase contracts to develop publicly accessible Ultra-fast Charging;
· Create solid and commercially sustainable business cases for each project;
· Lead negotiation with property/land owners, real estate developers, large B2B tenants;
· Prepare / participate in expos in Norway;
· Report on market requirements and competitor’s positioning, project opportunities and progress.
· Build and maintain a sales pipeline with quality leads.

To be successful in this exciting new role you have a proven track record in sales, winning and closing opportunities. EV experience is desirable, however we would also value that you have the drive and tenacity to win long-term partnerships and experience from property development. In addition, we would be looking for the following skills, experience and qualifications:
· Self-motivated, driven, hungry for success in a target-orientated environment
· Excellent networking, negotiating and presentation skills
· Well-networked in property development, real estate in near highway- or related sectors
· Willingness to travel to Norway once a month
· You can look ahead and provide analytical insights, combined with a strong ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in business development
· Fluent language skills (written and verbal) in Norwegian and English (Swedish is a big plus)

A bit more about your job
As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for all procurement related tasks in the Nordics region. You will be working with suppliers as grid companies, installers and suppliers of other locally bought site equipment as well as support the delivery managers in their work to build the sites. You will ensure a compliant handling of suppliers in the system and ensure an accurate inventory for the Nordics (organize the inventory count). More concrete this means that you negotiate with local suppliers for services and site equipment and work close with the delivery managers. You will pro-actively suggest and implement solutions to improvements. Where required you will explore new supplier markets and act on opportunities found.
Last but not least you will act as the single point of contact for all procurement and financial issues for the Nordic Region for the Finance department and central procurement.

As a Project Controller within the Nordic region you will be responsible for supporting the regional team and work close to the regional manager. You will join an ambitious team in the Nordics consisting of 9 people today with an office in central Stockholm close to T-Centralen.
With the number of projects in the Nordic-region increasing, we need you to support our Contract and Delivery Managers by taking control and ownership of all internal processes.
