We are looking for an energetic assistant manager to join the team, who can be in the office and help with project management.
The result of the business assistant's work:
order in primary accounting
timely submitted progress reports
aligned logistics of workers in the projects
What is to be done:
Assist in the preparation of accounting documents (systematization of invoices, preparation of reports, etc.)
Book hotels and tickets for workers at the sites
Prepare a weekly report of the labor costs of workers in the projects
Communicate with contractors (building stores, subcontractors, etc.) / Communicate with clients, suppliers in Swedish/English (via phone, e-mail and in person) ( choose one or the other)
Finding staff/contractors and conducting initial interviews
Fulfill other management assignments related to the firm's projects
You are a good fit for us if:
You like working with tables, graphs and numbers
You have experience with primary accounting - this will be your advantage
You are able to follow through and meet deadlines
You are able to observe and adhere to order in all work tasks
You are able to design tables, reports, so that every employee of the company would understand and see the main information immediately when you open the document.
