The role
As Financial Director at Adway, you’ll use your curiosity and commercial acumen to drive the company's financial operations and strategy. You will lead a small, high-performing finance team consisting of a Finance Assistant/legal coordinator and outsourced accounting/payroll function. What you'll do
Commercial Strategy: Support the CEO in developing financial strategies that propel our commercial success, driving revenue growth, and optimizing profitability. You’ll be intellectually curious, always wanting to know more about the numbers and how they affect business opportunities.
Financial Planning and Commercial Analysis: You’ll be involved in developing and overseeing the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling and follow-up. Collaborate with Executive leadership and department heads to gather relevant data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
Growth Catalyst: You are driven by playing a pivotal role in fueling growth and thrive in high-pressure, high-reward environments.
Financial Reporting and Control: You will lead the outsourced accounts team to deliver accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulatory requirements. You will act as a coach and mentor to the finance assistant, and together you will implement and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Risk Management: You’ll play a key role in identifying financial risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
Taxation and Compliance: Collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors, you’ll help ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
Cash Flow Management: With your attention to detail, you’ll monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability and support ongoing operations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: You’ll communicate and collaborate with the executive team to deliver financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.

As a Financial Director, you have the overall responsibility and will manage all aspects of financial reporting, business and financial planning and control. All in line with finance and control policies and in order to enable the management to lead the organization in an effective and efficient manner and to optimize the result of the organization. One of the responsibilities is to support the CEO in financially related strategic topics, such as investments.

- Minimum of 5 years working experience in financial reporting and management, of which a few years of experience from working in a similar Finance Director/CFO-position

- Native knowledge of Swedish, besides excellent English, both spoken and written

- Strong leadership experience from leading the finance function and its team members

- Advanced controlling skills, accounting skills and advanced knowledge of local statutory

- Experienced in financial project management, i.e. determining targets, prioritising and indicating the actions, time and resources required to reach objectives

Hos Adway innebär Customer Success att ständigt föra våra kunder mot deras önskade resultat. Du kommer ingå i vårat CSM-team som idag består av tre briljanta personer. Du har ansvar över att arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov, och se till att de får ut så mycket som möjligt av våra produkter. Ditt huvudfokus ligger såklart även på att bygga och stärka våra kundrelationer.

Hur ser en vanlig arbetsvecka ut?

- Du bygger och stärker relationer genom att hålla dig nära våra kunder.
- Du hanterar 20-30 kunder och hjälper dem att uppnå deras önskade resultat genom hela kundlivcykeln.
- Planera och genomföra framgångsrika introduktionssessions samt driva utbildningar och inspirationssessions för att öka kundens förståelse för våra produkter och för digital markandsföring och annonsering i sociala medier.
- Proaktivt arbeta med att öka kundengagemanget i våra produkter samt att dagligen övervaka deras annonseringar och se till att allt går som det ska.
- Du kommer att samarbeta med flera olika Adway-team för att anpassa rätt resurser för att lösa kunders behov och förfrågningar.

About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager at Adway you will be part of our CSM team, currently consisting of two people. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs to drive the most value and impact out of our products. Som Customer Success Manager på Adway arbetar du ständigt med att föra våra kunder mot deras önskade resultat. Du kommer ingå i vårat CSM-team som idag består av tre briljanta personer. Du har ansvar över att arbeta nära våra kunder för att förstå deras behov, och se till att de får ut så mycket som möjligt av våra produkter. Hur ser en vanlig arbetsvecka ut?

- Du bygger och stärker relationer genom att hålla dig nära våra kunder.
- Du hanterar 20-30 kunder och hjälper dem att uppnå deras önskade resultat genom hela kundlivcykeln.
- Planera och genomföra framgångsrika introduktionssessions samt driva utbildningar och inspirationssessions för att öka kundens förståelse för våra produkter och för digital markandsföring och annonsering i sociala medier.

About the Role

As our Growth Marketer, your main responsibility will be to contribute to Adways continuous growth by helping large enterprises in Europe (for now) use AI to become the most data-driven, attractive and non-biased employers in the world. You will work closely with the CEO, Founders and Sales teams who have a strong track record of scaling companies. We'll give you the support you need but we really want someone to own this. You'll join a fast-paced team where you'll be testing, learning and iterating as quickly as you can. We're looking for someone very smart, data-driven and creative, who can ruthlessly prioritise and focus, who has experience running marketing at a real scale across multiple geographies and is known for being a very fast executor. You will be our overall marketing tech star who establishes the Lead + MQL generating plan, sets up and runs experiments from scratch and optimises the campaigns and conversion rates to ensure a smooth customer buying journey.

You will be responsible for making sure all paid and organic channels are optimised and that our campaigns, website and all landing pages always meet customer needs and show high conversion rates.

A regular day can include:

- Manage and execute PPC, paid social, retargeting, email marketing and other ad spend
- Manage digital channels, including website, landing pages, social and online presence
- Summarise and sharing your learnings with the team to show levers affecting sales conversion/pipeline
- Work with other marketing team members to run A/B tests on the website, landing pages and ads
- Execute tactical marketing decisions based on data (Cost per MQL, OKRs based on funnel projections, etc)
- Manage the marketing data stack including a qualified pipeline from marketing, funnel and content metrics, CPC, CAC, and website analytics


What you’ll bring to the team?

You are someone who gets things done who thrives in fast-moving environments. Years of experience aren't necessary but you've worked in a B2B high-growth scaleup and have a track record of ownership, performance and creative thinking. You're also well-acquainted with HubSpot.

- MarTech experience. Good knowledge and experience working with CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Ads and Google for marketing & analytics purposes.
- Highly smart and analytical. You are structured and obsessed with data-driven approaches and tracking. You like to dig into the numbers to identify the most efficient funnels, SEO improvements and copy for different target groups

About the Job

The Key Account Manager is responsible for maximizing and drive revenue from the assigned account portfolio in line with Company objectives. This is one of the key roles in our company to fulfil the mission of being a trusted partner and to exceed the high-level customer service experience.

About the Job

As a Customer Success Manager at Adway you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs in order to drive the most value and impact out of our products. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and managing existing clients in Adway’s portfolio. In this position, you will work closely with our COO, data scientist, sales, and marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned clients.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key client stakeholders.
- Consult and train customers to leverage the best of Adways products to optimize the customers’ ROI. This includes that you will enhance clients' understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
- Identify and grow opportunities within accounts and collaborate with our sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Work together with our data scientist to analyze and report findings and results to our customers. You will also collect and analyze clients' feedback and present it internally.


What’s your previous experience?

We are looking for someone who easily can understand the customers’ everyday life and has experienced the power of great customer relationships.

- Has 5+ years of customer success work, preferably within HR, digital marketing, or media.
- A proven track record of successfully managing projects and solving problems.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in addressing client problems creatively as well as to proactively find solutions to problems.
- A proven track record of forward and innovative thinking for driving business results.

About the Role

As our Growth Marketer, your main responsibility will be to contribute to Adways continuous growth by helping large enterprises in Europe (for now) use AI to become the most data-driven, attractive and non-biased employers in the world. You will work closely with the CEO, Founders and Sales teams who have a strong track record of scaling companies.

We'll give you the support you need but we really want someone to own this. You'll join a fast-paced team where you'll be testing, learning and iterating as quickly as you can. We're looking for someone very smart, data-driven and creative, who can ruthlessly prioritise and focus, who has experience running marketing at a real scale across multiple geographies and is known for being a very fast executor.

You will be our overall marketing tech star who establishes the Lead + MQL generating plan, sets up and runs experiments from scratch and optimises the campaigns and conversion rates to ensure a smooth customer buying journey.

You will be responsible for making sure all paid and organic channels are optimised and that our campaigns, website and all landing pages always meet customer needs and show high conversion rates.

A regular day can include:

- Manage and execute PPC, paid social, retargeting, email marketing and other ad spend
- Manage digital channels, including website, landing pages, social and online presence
- Summarise and sharing your learnings with the team to show levers affecting sales conversion/pipeline
- Work with other marketing team members to run A/B tests on the website, landing pages and ads
- Execute tactical marketing decisions based on data (Cost per MQL, OKRs based on funnel projections, etc)
- Manage the marketing data stack including a qualified pipeline from marketing, funnel and content metrics, CPC, CAC, and website analytics


What you’ll bring to the team?

You are someone who gets things done who thrives in fast-moving environments. Years of experience aren't necessary but you've worked in a B2B high-growth scaleup and have a track record of ownership, performance and creative thinking. You're also well-acquainted with HubSpot.

- MarTech experience. Good knowledge and experience working with CMS, CRM and Marketing Automation, LinkedIn Ads and Google for marketing & analytics purposes.
- Highly smart and analytical. You are structured and obsessed with data-driven approaches and tracking. You like to dig into the numbers to identify the most efficient funnels, SEO improvements and copy for different target groups
- Ruthless focus and prioritisation. Can work proactively and independently, set your own deadlines and enjoy the responsibility that others rely on your work every single day
- A fast-mover who gets things done. You're curious and always looking for new creative ways to drive demand and transform insights into actions
- Brilliant communicator. Native-level proficiency in Swedish with strong experience in external communication and writing in English.
