We are currently seeking an International Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Stockholm and will be an integral part of a collaborative team operating from Stockholm, Germany, and Denmark. This opportunity is tailored for an individual who possesses strong administrative capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to be a part of an inspiring journey that makes a profound impact on the lives of men worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Growth: Explore new opportunities and facilitate sales growth in assigned markets.


Market Insights: Conduct meetings with distributors and customers to grasp market dynamics, needs, and barriers.


Strategic Forecasting: Predict test uptake and actively participate in relevant congresses and conferences.


Contractual Management: Ensure a robust contractual framework is in place for business partnerships.


CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with relevant information.


Event Coordination: Plan and execute international customer events and conferences in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team.


Administrative Support: Handle logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.


Brand Compliance: Ensure brand consistency in customer-facing materials and documents.


Qualifications

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Life Science or Marketing.


Experience: +3 years in relevant technical, sales, or marketing roles in a Life Science setting.


Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.


Driver’s License: Class B is beneficial.


Personal characteristics/qualifications:                                      

Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


Organizational Prowess: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.


Tech Savvy: Excellent MS Office skills, proficiency in content management tools, and experience with CRM solutions.

You will be part of our Regulatory and Quality Assurance team consisting of four other people. Two Quality Managers, who will report to you, one Regulatory Affairs Specialist and our Director Regulatory and Quality Assurance.

Main responsibilities
Lead a team of two senior employees. Coach and support them in their assignments and development.
Ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS). Promote QMS and its principles throughout the organization. Including providing day to day support and leadership and as well as work on continuous improvement of the QMS.
Training of the organisation in the quality system and related standards.
Responsible for the non-conformity, CAPA, risk management and change control processes.
Owner of Change Management board.
Lead internal audits to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate external audits when requested.
Support activities in accordance with the quality and regulatory affairs organisation overall business plan and in alignment with the overall business objectives.
Operate effectively with the applicable accreditation bodies and regulatory authorities, appropriate administrators, healthcare/caregiver.
Participate in quality and regulatory discussions with external partners and customers.
Act as management representative as appointed from top management.
Quality representative in key product development projects to manage quality activities within the product lifecycle while coordinating activities to appropriate quality personnel.
Communicate escalation of relevant issues from projects to management as necessary.
Qualifications
University degree within relevant area or experience from a similar position.
+5 years’ experience in leading roles within Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance.
Demonstrable knowledge of quality management systems ISO 13485 and IVDD/IVDR/MDD/MDR and IEC62304.
Medical Device industry experience, preferably in manufacturing and development of software IVD devices.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Swedish and English.
It is a plus if you also have
Knowledge in FDA 21CFR part 820 and part 11, IEC62304, ISO 15189 and ISO 14971.

To increase brand awareness and accelerate market expansion, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager with a background in international business and the Life Science industry.
As our Marketing Communications Manager, you will develop and implement  an effective communication strategy, supported by brand awareness and marketing campaigns to potential customers, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.  Stockholm3 is unique and your role will be to make more people aware of it in our target markets.
Main responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development, planning, creation and publishing of all marketing and communication material. You will work closely with management and our sales team, to develop content that is relevant  and attractive to our desired target audience. The aim is to  increase brand awareness to increase sales, in line with A3P Biomedical´s global marketing ambitions.
You will have both a strategic and hands-on operational role, including:
Promoting and advertising Stockholm3 and A3P Biomedical
Developing communication strategies, plans and key messages for Stockholm3 that drive engagement with customers, physicians, and other stakeholders
Channel management
Creating, designing, and conveying powerful content
Managing  our website and social media platforms
Collaborating with external partners, such as PR and web agencies
Planning, coordinating and creating content for marketing activities, such as  congresses, and trade fairs. This involves collaborating with event organizations, industry experts, partners and KOLs
Creating press releases, product information, training material  and patient educational programs
Effectively distributing the marketing material to sales teams, customers, and partners
Qualifications
5+ years’ work experience from Marketing, Communication, or similar role in the life science industry
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business or related field
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Other languages are considered a plus
Fluent writer
Firsthand experience of web content management tools, like WordPress, Yoast, social media platforms (Facebook ads)
Experience in working with social media & content, digital media, web site SEO, CRM, Adobe apps, Google, Digital Analytics
Experience from similar roles within the med-tech industry
Proficiency in MS Office
It is a plus if you also have
Experience in planning and coordinating events
Experience working with PR and media
Proven experience in delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns
