As our CRO Specialist you will be responsible to...

- Own the CRO strategy and work hands-on with the implementation in our E-commerce platform
- Identify development areas on the website
- Do A/B testing, analysis, evaluation and project planning with the main objectives to create a better customer experience and a higher conversion rate
- Continuous follow-up, report and collaborate together with our marketing experts specialised in performance, content, design and tech

- 2+ years of experience from a similar role in a D2C-company
- Great experience and track record within A/B testing & CRO for a consumer-focused business
- Great technical experience within different e-commerce platforms
- Great knowledge in project management and e-commerce sales
- Deep digital analytics skills and works seamless in GA/GTM and other relevant tools
- Good understanding of UX/UI
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Curious and a can do attitude
- Driven, positive and prestigeless teamplayer
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
