What you will do and why:
At Viedoc we want to maintain the highest level of security because of the sensitive information that our database contains. We are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and security is of the highest importance to us. Therefore, we are currently looking for a CISO who can take responsibility for our information security and Information Security Management System. This means you will:

- Develop strategies to monitor, develop, and safeguard our information security, governance, IT risk management program and framework
- Cooperate with internal teams to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, and implement our information security strategies
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems
- Vendor security assessments for strategic vendors to ensure partners meet established security requirements
- Establish strong partnerships with third-party service providers to ensure contracts are in place to support all cybersecurity services
- Raise awareness of risk management concerns throughout the organization


As a professional, we would like you to have:

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, audits, compliance and due diligence
- Management consultancy experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of personal integrity, to analyze, compile, and present/give advice on data

- Authentic leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience in agile project management
- Fluency in English, both verbally and written
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001

As a professional, we would like you to have:

- 6+ months of experience in software sales space - life sciences experience preferred
- Consistent track record of achieving quotas as an individual contributor
- Knowledge of using tools to maximize your target outreach, for example Linkedin
- Native in French and fluent in English, verbal and written
- Work permit for EU. The position is preferably based at our head office in Uppsala, Sweden, but with possibilities to arrange remote working if needed

What you will do:

- You will support the BD team with developing relationships with current customer and prospective customers/sponsors with the goal of increasing sales and acquiring new customers/Sponsors.

What you will do and why:
At Viedoc we are currently growing and to keep up that positive cycle, we are looking for a new Growth Manager to support our team. As our Growth Manager, you will be in charge of executing, developing, and maintaining our multichannel marketing strategies across SoMe and paid platforms such as Google and Capterra. You understand that utilize both inbound and outbound marketing to generate brand awareness and demand. This means you:

- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans across paid and organic channels

- Deliver performance reports and presentations

As a professional, we would like you to have:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience with a documented track record
- A comprehensive understanding of marketing tactics - such as outbound and inbound marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, social media, and email marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Expert-level knowledge with industry-standard tools - such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems
- Advanced analytics experience - ability to quickly translate and understand critical data points, recognize trends and make calls to optimize campaigns when necessary (CTR, CPM, CPL, engagement metrics and ROI data)
- Experience with B2B / Saas marketing and an understanding of the importance of a successful collaboration with the Sales department

What you will do and why:
At Viedoc we are currently experiencing strong growth. To ensure a smooth journey for our customers we are therefore looking for somebody to join us as Sales Operations Specialist. You will have a key role in an international organization that service life science companies and research institutions and report directly to our Global Head of Sales Operations. The sales operations team members are liaisons for sales to other parts of the organization such as finance, marketing, legal, QA and IT departments. The Sales Operations Specialist will represent and manage the support function to Sales in the North America Region. The Sales Operations Specialist will not proactively sell Viedoc to new prospects or perform Account Management with current customers. But rather you are the key to knowledge for Sales about Viedoc as a company, Viedoc as a product and the services we provide.

You will join a global team with a solid foundation of processes and opportunities to contribute to the department's success. This means you:

- Support in ongoing sales process development, understanding and carrying out our processes including: our pricing policy, market research, qualifying incoming leads, preparing and sending quotations (together with Account managers) and supporting customers with questions related to quotations, our prices, product and company
- Work on our sales administration processes including: preparing NDA's, Master Service Agreements, Quotations and Work Orders, and registering potential clients and their contacts in the CRM system, and support in Sales RFIS, convert quotations to Work Orders, arranging/facilitating electronic signatures, and recording all agreements in the CRM and company archives
- Support to Account Managers on Sales communications
- Prepare and present sales metrics when needed
- Maintain sales forecasting in CRM system together with Account Managers, and maintaining records in both CRM and company archives
- Work with the CRM team on tasks and changes, such as organizing and updating current and new client communications and contacts in CRM system
- Act as the liaison between Finance, Legal, Professional Services, IT and Sales


As a professional, we would like you to have:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a software sales organization and experience in life sciences. It is a minimum requirement that the candidate has one solid experience or the other, but preferably both (Software Sales + Life Sciences/Clinical Trials)
- An accredited College minimum
- Experience in using tools and tech for lead generation like Sales Navigator, CRM etc.
- Experience working with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
- Knowledge in Clinical Trials, Information Technology, Information Security and/or licenses sales

What you will do and why:
We are continuously growing our business which means that it is time to expand our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic & driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team and be responsible for onboarding new customers, sales lead generation, and development. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Global Head of Sales Operations and will be part of an energetic team of professionals committed to educating customers, providing superior service, and winning them over. This means you:

- Achieve your activity and meeting goals, sales targets and targets regarding onboarding of new customers
- Maintain sales forecasting in CRM system, and maintaining records in both CRM and company archives
- Organize and update client communications in the CRM system, including registering and updating potential and existing clients and their contacts
- Utilize marketing tools (like Zoom Info & LinkedIn) for marketing messaging in support of lead generation

- Communicate with prospects and existing customers digitally (via email and Teams) and via physical meetings to discuss their needs and present Viedoc and our products
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in the Viedoc company, product, and services
- Have good knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Quotations, and Work Orders to discuss with prospects
- Collaborate with in house legal counsel when prospects request negotiation of contracts (acts as a liaison)


As a professional, we would like you to have:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in a software sales organization and expertise in life sciences. (Software Sales + Life Sciences/Clinical Trials).
- High School diploma or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Experience of working in CRM systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Clinical Trials, Information Technology, Information Security and/or licenses sales is a highly recommended experience for the role and a super added plus.
