Join our team and lead the partner relations & data collection in the US for the annual Universum Career Test.
In this role you will...
Manage and develop relationships for the survey promotion with career services offices, universities and university colleges, student organizations and other associations who disseminate our survey to their students and alumni. Find the best options for the partnerships!
Lead projects: define and meet targets, budget and timeline, define and adapt the strategy accordingly, track survey progress.
Generate ideas for creative marketing campaigns via email marketing, social media and other channels, to connect directly with talent and drive survey participation.
Host partner workshops and share valuable insights from the survey results and consult our partners on how to use the insights in order to improve their communication and offer to students and alumni.
Your will contribute to our growth in the US. You will be independent on your projects and will have to take initiatives. You will meet people from more than 10 countries in our team!

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
You have
A passion for quantitative and qualitative research


A Bachelor or Master’s degree in social sciences or statistics or other equivalent education
Experience in using qualitative and quantitative market research methods and delivering strategic recommendations based on the analysis of the data
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
Relevant work experience within market research will be an advantage
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong statistical knowledge will be an advantage
