Operations Coordinator
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of (Lead) Operations Associates in your city, including van drivers and cargo bike cyclists;
Keep track of the health of TIER’s fleet, maximizing the number of operational vehicles and minimizing the number of inactive vehicles;
Supervise Operations Associates on shift and be the point of contact for any issues or support they require during a shift;
Train new Operations Associates, ensuring they are able to use our app and get the most out of their job;
Provide general administrative support to the team and occasional customer care duties;
Problem-solve on a day-to-day basis and support the Operations Manager in your city to improve operational processes.



YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of using smartphones / apps;
English or [local language] language skills are required;
Ability to work conscientiously and with a focus on safety;
Flexible to work on weekends and/or during night;

Mechanics are the TIER employees responsible for keeping our fleet healthy and repaired, and ensuring we have as many healthy scooters on the streets as possible. The mechanic teams are responsible for warehouse organisation, triaging and repairing damages, and helping ensure a smooth transition of the influx and outflow of the fleet to and from the warehouses
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
Support Mechanics with technical questions and troubleshooting
Keep workshop organised and productive; ensure Mechanics are trained and follow the processes
Triage & diagnose issues with vehicles (e.g. e-scooters and e-bikes) that arrive in the warehouse
Repair vehicles are efficiently as possible, maximising the number of operational vehicles for customers in your city and minimising the number of inactive vehicles
Assist with inventory management and monitoring spare parts and supplies
Work with Operations Manager / M&R Manager and make suggestions for workflow and hardware/component improvements

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with the repair of automobiles, bicycles, e-bikes, or e-scooters is desirable, and a curiosity to familiarise yourself with new topics
Hands-on attitude, are smart and reliable, and have a passion for two-wheelers
Work conscientiously and with a focus on safety
Experience in team management and good communication skills
Organized with good problem solving skills
Knowledge of using smartphones / apps

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER
Warehouse management
Ranger training
Ranger tasks (including Swapping, Rebalancing, etc)
Ranger shift management
Manage our scooter fleet and make sure our daily operations are running smoothly
Increase utilization of e-scooters by keeping our fleet in a good technical condition so that our customers have a large choice of scooters to pick from at all time
Support OM/ROM in making sure that the fleet is intact, active on the street, and core KPIs are hit (e.g. rides/scooter)
Support OM/ROM in handling our rangers

Structured and self-driven
Good communicator
Good analytical skills and technical skills
Work well as part of a team and by yourself
English skills, written and verbal
Swedish language is a plus, but not a requirement.
