What is my role?
You will be part of a diverse team of engineers, design the architecture, ensure the stability and security of the product and making sure that the technology from stack to frameworks and algorithms answer the business requirements.
What are my responsibilities?
• You will be part of and when needed lead a team of engineers, inspire them and ensuring that their productivity is at its best
• You will make, alongside Texelio leadership, strategic decisions that will define he direction of the product range
• You propose decisions based on the latest technologies and deep analytics of the product range
• You will evaluate the business ideas and come up with the right tech stack and budget suggestion
• You will work as an experienced developer and help your colleagues solve problematic issues
What should I bring?
• You should be experienced in leading development teams for more than 5+ years
• You should have the full knowledge & experience in agile methodologies
• You should have a high level of verbal and soft communication skills
• You should have experience in building product architectures and microservices
• Tech stack requirements: GCP, Python, Java Springboot, Docker to mention a few
