Your Role Process Engineer responsible for prototyping, small scale production and process development to bring new TERASi products to market.
You work alongside TERASi engineering and product teams to drive development of new products for telecom, SATCOM and radar markets
You are responsible for small-batch production of TERASi products and ensuring they meet customer requirements
You conduct R&D work to enable the next generations of TERASi products based on cutting-edge manufacturing processes


Tasks Operate etching, lithography and metallisation tools in a cleanroom environment
Assemble prototypes and products using semiconductor processtools (bonding, dicing, etc.)
Propose and implement changes to improve existing processes and workflows
Develop new processes and routines in tandem with design team for future products
Create scripts for improvement and automatization of our processes
Document production processes and output to support work of other teams
Maintain raw material and product inventory
Perform QC and inspection of products and prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare process flows, troubleshoot process issues, and implement solutions


RequirementsEducation B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree in engineering, physics or equivalent
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering (RF, wireless, semiconductors, etc.)is a benefit


Experience Cleanroom knowledge or experience is a benefit, but not mandatory
Prior experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role is a benefit
Knowledge of microfabrication, plasma physics, clean room processing or industrial manufacturing is beneficial


Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to formulate and diagnose technical issues and explain them to others
Programming (python or MATLAB) skills are a benefit
Strong English writing, communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with hands-on, practical work

Your Role

- Lead RF Electronics engineer heading packaging and integration. Your work connects our technology to everything else.

- Design of ASICs and interfaces to TeraSi technology in commercial IC technologies

- Work with production team to translate design to actual hardware

- Develop and protect IP assets

- Assist in development of product roadmap and specifications to steer future technology

- Verification and testing of RF components and systems

- Interact with customers to build relationships and solve problems

- Attend conferences and trade shows to stay on top of the industry and drive customer awareness

- Possibility to grow into technical/product leadership role alongside founding team.

Requirements
Key Requirements

- Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree with 2 years relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Integrated Circuit Design, Microelectronics or similar.

- Strong knowledge of microwave engineering, active circuit design, semiconductor physics.

- Experience in RF circuit design and tapeout using Keysight ADS or similar.

- Circuit simulation using Keysight ADS or similar (small-signal, large-signal, etc.)

- Hands-on experience designing, characterizing, and troubleshooting active RF electronics.

- Familiarity with various RF measurement instruments (network analyzers, signal analyzers, vector signal generators, etc.)

- Programming skills - Python or MATLAB
