Are you a student with an Interest or Major in subjects related to Interiors & Design, E-Commerce, Social Media Marketing then we are always looking for interns to come and join our team in Stockholm.
Duration min 3 months / Part Time / Flexible
Requirements:
• Organisation, prioritisation and a forward-planning mindset.
• Able to use a wide range of systems and software.
• Acute attention to detail, with a special care and interest for serving the Table Love customer. From Packing to personal delivery & Sales.
• Ability to handle change. Startups are changing every day. This role will change a lot also.
• English language skills (proficient in written and verbal)
• Good communication skills, a good smile & honesty!
• Ability to work to deadlines and react quickly to requests that need immediate action where necessary. Occasionally Weekends too.
• As a new company that will be growing at a fast pace, all employees will need to bring energy and enthusiasm, along with flexibility on working hours and areas of support

Assist in Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Good skills in the latest Photoshop software and all image retouching practises
• Working knowledge of best practices for optimizing imagery for use online
• Video Editing skills such as Premiere and ability to shoot from iPhone or camera
• Working knowledge of After Effects and best practices for optimizing moving image for use on social media
• Excellent attention to detail

There is a huge + and even more opportunities to grow if you have experience and/or deep interest with the following aspects of Social Media
• Assist in the creation of original design assets for the website, social and marketing
• Assist with Concept, shoot and edit social videos, reels and animated content
• Be reactive to social trends, and proactive in bringing forward ideas for social posts with a focus on video-based content
• Support in editing in-house still life shoots and filming
• Assist in creating Shopify website and newsletter layouts

Part Time Office & Stockroom Assistant for our Stockholm Studio
Table Love is hiring an office/warehouse assistant for a very broad role. Positive Personality and Motivation and Willingness to learn is 90% of the job. - it is likely that the right person for this role won’t have done everything on this list before. Asking for help and being resourceful in finding help is critical.

The Role at a glance:

To manage warehouse/stock/deliveries & logistics. Packing & unpacking. Stock management & order management.
Premium Customer Service.
To help with all aspects of back office work.
Assistant to the Director in all aspects of work. Role will develop & change.
Junior level, part time, hourly. Flexible Hours.
Swedish not necessary.
