Global Distribution Coordinator

As Global Distribution Coordinator, your focus is ensuring that the customers of Sobi are provided with best possible service and support in order to secure supply of Sobi products, preparing us for Sobi growth, both in terms of volumes and geographic expansion.
Responsibilities:
· Customer Order administration incl. inter alia order taking, batch reservation, pick and pack ordering, shipment booking and monitoring, invoicing, crediting, returns and customer qualification.
· Month-end financial reporting in terms of Stock and Sales reconciliation of Sobi Consignment stock points and provide support to Sobi affiliates to complete the process with their stock points.
· Master Data management including pricing in operational ERP systems.
· Distribution network development and management including geographical expansions and new product/partner introductions. Mainly Finished Goods, but Drug Substance and Drug Product when applicable.
· Management of Sobi Logistic Service Providers (LSPs), through Business Review Meetings (BRMs) and performance monitoring (if applicable).
· Responsible for all interface transactions between Sobi HQ and Sobi affiliates LSP in IFS.
· Serial Number management in accordance with EU FMD; including Serial Number Alerts management, leading roles in Serialization Core Team activities and projects (incl. new product and/ or partner introduction)
· Process Continues Improvement

Sobi offers the opportunity to work at an international pharmaceutical company focused on specialty pharmaceuticals meeting the high medical needs of rare disease patients and providing treatment and services to them. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds within research, healthcare, industry and the academic sphere.
Role and Function:
Do you want to make a difference? On a day to day basis contributing to patients around the world get their treatments? We are looking for a Global Distribution Coordinator to our team of nine devoted members. You will be an important player securing that our products arrive safely to our customers, in right time and with right documentation enabling it reaches the patients in need. You will be located in Sobi HQ in Solna, Sweden and part of the Global Supply Chain Operations. The distribution network includes our central warehouse in Netherlands and eighteen local warehouses throughout Europe, US, Canada and Australia.


Key Responsibilities:
Customer Order Coordination – includes Order taking, batch reservation, Pick and Pack triggering at our central warehouse, booking transports, creating export/import documentations, shipment tracking, returns, problem solving and invoicing.
Customer qualification and setup
Month-End sales- and stock reconciliation
Continuous Process Improvements to secure development and robustness of our processes, preparing Sobi growth
Pre-wholesale management incl. KPIs monitoring
Quality Assurance activities (NC/ CAPA, Quality Plans, Serial Number Alerts)



Qualifications:
Education within vocational training or from university with focus on supply chain, logistics, export administration and/or business economics
Working experience within logistics and/or customer service. Preferably within pharmaceutical industry
Experience in working with ERP systems, MS Office and TEAMs
Our responsibility area is regulated by Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Financial and Trade compliance. Although you will be provided internal training, earlier experience is meriting.
You do not have any issues in communicating in English (orally or in writing), other languages are merited (especially Swedish)

Role & Function
Sobi is now recruiting for an exciting position as Head of E2E Supply Planning at our Global Supply Chain team. In this role you will be responsible for global planning processes across all our products, projects and change programs to further increase inventory productivity while maintaining superb product availability. The role includes organizational and process development as well as frequent internal and external communication. The Head of E2E Supply Planning will lead a team of Supply Managers responsible for planning products from Drug Substance (DS), via Drug Product (DP) to Finished Goods (FG) manufacturing in an external environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Supply Planning and Inventory Control processes and strategies related to Sobi's overall corporate strategy
Responsible for Supply Planning activities throughout the End-To-End (E2E) Supply Chain (DS-DP-FG)
Ensure supply chain related sections in Partner and CMO agreements are fulfilled
Responsible for financial targets related to tied up capitals, financial compliance and GDP compliance
Participate in Business Review Meetings, Due Diligence and Business Development projects
Lead and develop a team of E2E Supply Planning Managers
KPI owner of Product Availability and Inventory
Lead automation and digitalization of the complete planning cycle to further drive productivity, performance and quality



Qualifications
Relevant university degree within Supply Chain Management, e.g. Master of Science (I, M) or equivalent.
At lease 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably Supply Chain Planning and Inventory Management within Life Science
Minimum 2 years of experience of direct leadership, excellent leadership skills with proven track record
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Being able to communicate in other languages is considered as meritorious
Knowledge in IT systems, such as MS Office, Teams and ERP.
