Field Application Engineer (electro)
Requirements:
(Belonging to South, East, Israel and Nordic FAE Team)
External Activity:
o Interface with R&D department from ODM to maximize designs-ins of the whole ST power and analog product portfolio to improve Marte share
o Gain market share
o Provide customers with technical recommendations and timely answers to their technical questions on new or existing applications (technical support) and continuous project tracking
o Assess Distributors Registrations and Design wins in terms of ST BOM maximization for the Focus Channel Accounts
o Identify customers’ needs ensuring continuous project tracking for new or existing applications
o Aim for best-in-class customer satisfaction, being recognized as the leader in technical support
o Train customers and partners with seminars and workshops on ST solutions
Internal Activity:
o Contribute to technical training modules about relevant applications
o Train ST sales on new products
o Feedback to Product Marketing on customer application needs and inputs
Activity profile:
· Demand creation and new design generated assessment
· Management by Objectives
· Follow the new projects with the aim of maximizing ST content
· Coordination with various divisions and sales offices, with regional and divisional marketing organizations
· Ensuring smooth deliveries to current accounts
· Competition analysis
· Understanding the customer‘s market, lobby activities at end market level
Required qualifications, skills:
· Experienced Gradutate with 2-3 years of technical experience in Power and Analog products
· Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
· High level knowledge of hardware and software design
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English (written and oral)
· Available for extensive travelling
· Agile, energetic, forward-looking, proactive, networking-type person
· Sense of realistic business potential
· Sense of responsibility Visa mindre

Field Application Engineer (electro)




Requirements:


University degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge about high power products / components (HIGH POWER means Power Transistors -MOSFET, IGBT, SiC; Power Module, high voltage power conversion, motor control etc.)
Willingness to travel - Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia on weekly basis / taly, Germany, France on quarterly basis
FAE experience would be a nice to have, but also experience as HW designer is a good to have
English on communicative level
