About the role
We are looking for a Junior Commercial Manager to join our sales team during a period of parental leave. Your primary focus will be to support our growth in North America by identifying and qualifying potential leads and assisting senior sales staff in the sales process.
Key responsibilities:
Outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads, primarily within the North American market.


Proactive outreach (calls and emails) to book product demonstrations for senior sales executives.


Managing and documenting all sales activities in HubSpot CRM.


Assisting senior sales managers with administrative tasks and sales preparation.


Gradually performing independent product demonstrations for potential customers.

Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language: As the role focuses on the North American market, excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.


Product Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Sleip product, its technical application, and its specific use cases within the equine industry.


Software: Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.


Strong communication skills and a persistent, results-oriented mindset.

Desirable qualifications:
First-hand knowledge of American business culture and the US equine market.


Previous experience in equine health, veterinary tech, or high-performance equestrian sports.

Your responsibilities will be to lead the development on our next generation of applications, building up a component based long term maintainable product adding new features spanning from data visualization to neural networks.

Build a great end-user experience in collaboration with Product managers, designers and Computer Vision engineers.
Drive the technical solutions from design to production though code that is clean, easy to understand and extend.

Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Our method is based on neural network computer vision to provide a very robust while easy-to-use tool for objective movement analysis. Our product is able to analyse and inform very minute movement asymmetries, difficult to register by the human eye. This functionality provides an invaluable tool for horse owners and veterinarians alike.
By early detection as well as correctly informed recovery from lameness we can preserve health, prevent suffering and save the lives of many horses!
We are a small and engaged team with leading field expertise both in computer science and veterinary medicine. We are currently bringing onboard more users whilst scaling up our infrastructure - and we need your help!


Necessary skills:
1+ year of experience working with native mobile iOS development and Swift
Some level of experience working with web-based front end
