The Customization Business Leader (CBL) owns the design, execution and value creation for a specific P&G category for secondary placements, promotional activities, or executions that are required by the customer and cannot be catered via BU manufacturing plants. The CBLs are responsible for ensuring the perfect Initiative delivery (on time, within aligned budget, with quality) while driving the best customization portfolio value through coordination and collaboration with multifunctional teams both locally (COT, Sales, SNO) and on regional level (RBU, central customization team). CBLs are seen and act as the customization business matter expert for the multifunctional COT team and leads the multi-functional team towards portfolio improvements.
Responsibilities
Owns the portfolio of customized SKUs for a given category. Drives sales/profit with customized SKUs that could not be achieved with the BU offered set of SKUs.
Track and coordinate initiatives from briefing to delivery, working with multifunctional team to ensure readiness and availability at launch date.
Maintain ongoing communication and proactively consult initiative, commercial and sales partners at any management level on best customization choices.
Drive loss elimination and customization cost reduction in collaboration with Finance, COT and RBU.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as profitability, cash, net cost savings, initiative lead time responsiveness, service and SKU complexity.
Ensure compliance with standard processes and tools, adhere to relevant regulations and quality standards throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
