We are recruiting a Commercial Director of Nordics to lead the commercial sales. In this role you will have a close collaboration with the Nordic organization, and report directly to the CEO Nordics, located in Sweden. You will be responsible for developing the Pirelli strategic planning and analysis of the Nordic market and manage the sales operations, with specific attention to both internal and external relationships.
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for Cascading & Translation of company strategy guidelines.
Discuss and guide the sales force to optimize.
Collect and share important market information with the rest of the organization.
Responsible to analyze sales and profitability results.
Responsible to support the go-to market strategy.
Responsible to launch and manage sales projects.
Identify and develop the business opportunities.
People responsibility in three countries, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Responsible of customer interaction and maintain proper and profitable relations with key customers.



Who are you?
You have a significant (+10) years of experience in a similar role, within the automotive/tire industry, and a university degree in relevant field (Business Management, Sales). Good understanding for complex sales and experience of leading and motivating teams is a requirement. You have an analytical and digital mindset and a good business & financial acumen.
You have a high level of competence in digital tools to use on the go. If you are used to working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and SAP, this is an advantage.
You are fluent in the English language.
Driving license is a requirement.

You are a commercially driven and quality conscious problem-solver. We are now looking for a temporary HSE & Quality Specialist for Däckia and Pirelli Tyre Nordic for an approx 10-12 months assignment, starting asap, with a possibility for extension.
In this position you will be responsible for Quality, Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability. You will drive the internal management system and ensure that we meet both internal- and external requirements.
This is an operational hands-on, and independent position where you will be managing all aspects of your areas of responsibility.
You will report to the Nordic HR Manager and be located in our office in Kista Science Tower. This position requires frequent travels within Sweden to regularly visit Däckias Point of Sales shops for audits and support the PoS managers in various topics.
Areas of responsibility and tasks:
· Drive, lead and plan the HSE, quality and sustainability topics for both Däckia and Pirelli Tyre Nordic
· Ensure that the local management system meets internal and external requirements
· Develop management system and follow up on deviations for continuous improvement, based on ISO 9001 and 14001.
· Manage internal and external HSE audits
· Secure processes and routines for preventive physical work environment management and be part of the safety committees
· Report and follow up internally regarding quality, HSE, security and sustainability topics
· Inform and educate internally, and ensure that routines, regulations and policies are followed and managed properly by all
· Support Däckias Point of Sales Managers (63 shops over Sweden) through regular visits, and by teams/phone/e-mail
· Keep internal information and documentation and intranet updated based on legislation and requirements
· Manage the customer- and supplier relations and branding aspects regarding HSE and quality in cooperation with Sales- and Marketing department and global HSE team
· Manage the local GDPR aspects, in cooperation with regional legal team
Background:
3-5 years of experience of HSE- and quality management within tyre- / automotive, FMCG, retail or manufacturing industry.
Experience of environmental audits and good knowledge of local Environment and Work Environment legislation.
Academic education within quality, environment and work environment or similar experience
Fluent in Swedish and English.
Experience from international organizations.
