In this role, you have the opportunity to: As a key role in the Imaging global business you will be part of the Philips Nordics Commercial Leadership Team and the Europe Imaging Leadership Team. You will manage the Sales Specialists & Clinical Application teams and implement Marketing & Commercial Strategy in Nordics ensuring business success and growth for one of the 3 business categories MR, DXR, and CT.


You are responsible for:


Developing and execute a Nordics growth plan in close partnership with the Regional Leadership team.
Sales growth by developing and utilizing the mix of offline and online channels.


Activating the entire Nordics commercial organization in selling / position respective portfolio of products, solutions & services towards customers.


Collaborate with Nordics and district sales leaders on deal strategy and customer escalations.


Supplying local customer insights to the Region Business team.


Driving the performance of the sales specialist and clinical application communities and Account teams.
Leading NPIs and support marketing activities with the marketing Hub.


Coordinates Product Lifecyle management including install base management and EOL support.


Being a key partner for Product and Region teams to design and refine the Suite of Solutions around Imaging portfolio and supporting activation in Nordics.


Supporting the Marketing teams by providing customer insights and market trends and reviewing the value propositions and local launch plans and localizing of assets for Nordics.


Owning the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Program across the zone for the modalities, with support of the Clinical Scientists, and being responsible for Society Engagement in this area.




You are part of:





Nordics & Imaging organizations. You will report to the Head of Imaging Europe. You will be part of Europe Imaging Management team and you are also part of Nordics Management team representing your Business.








To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:


University degree and 5+ years of industry experience
Proven senior leadership experience, ideally across different countries/markets.


Has advanced knowledge of products and services within the scope


Complete knowledge and understanding of the Marketing processes


Advanced experience in marketing technology, in consumer / healthcare domains, incl. creating customized value propositions to unique customers and markets


In-depth experience in the Health Systems industry for Nordics.
Ability to build and nurture effective relationships within the matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers within the market, cross business, and cross function

You are responsible for


Driving sell-out, ensuring profitability and growth of the account by continuously optimizing the e- fundamentals, including e-Distribution, e-Shelving, e-Merchandizing and e-Pricing.
Maintaining and developing a credible and productive long-term relation with local customer management, based on the deep understanding of their strategies and priorities, local market insights, external and industry trends, consumer and shopper insights, competitive landscape.
By understanding customer’s business needs, consumer and shopper behavior and requirements is providing local relevant value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with account at local level.
Closely cooperating with Strategic KAM Europe and other e-commerce managers to realize sales targets with the customer.
Accountable for all Trade Shopper Marketing activities at local level for all Domestic Appliances categories.
Joint responsibility for Market Share development, topline and profitability for all Domestic Appliances propositions
Creating successful sell out activities, through the development and implementation of joint local activation plan with customer, inline with the Philips strategy for the account.
Executing the local trade marketing actions with the customer to drive more consumer pull and brand preference at local level
Closely cooperating with Consumer Marketing Managers Personal Health/ Domestic Appliances in translating the marketing strategy into local activation plan for the customer.
Managing performance of trade and P-spend, with the retailer within the framework of the integrated A&P and trade spend planning to deliver effectiveness for online activation.
Maintaining constant sell out based performance management cadence at local level.
Analyzing and monitoring the Domestic Appliances categories sell out, in-house share, conversion and shopper data for the account

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience


Min. 4-5 years of successful sales experience on independent position preferably within FMCG, consumer products
Experience in e-commerce is highly appreciated for this role
Excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and active approach to market opportunities
Strong team player, fast learner
Fluent English both verbal and written
Experience in working with market places
