How you will contribute
Your strong communication and collaboration skills will help the team to run its operations efficiently. You will focus primarily on administrative coordination and support within the Oncology Team but also across Pfizer. How You Will Achieve It
Provide the full range of administrative support activities across your department with a “One Pfizer mindset”
Plan, book and coordinate meeting logistics
Manage purchase orders through the system and track invoices
Manage and process contracts in a compliant way in relevant systems
Deliver tasks and projects with high quality in a timely manner, identifying priority tasks/issues and with an innovative approach resolve them with urgence

Qualifications
High School Diploma, higher education is beneficial
Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience demonstrating the ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner
Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Both Swedish and English proficiency is required
Skilled in Microsoft Office-programs and applications such as Ariba/SAP or similar systems

The Strategic Healthcare Partner (SHP) takes a holistic view and partners with the prioritized healthcare institutions , systems and professionals to collaborate, co-create, inform and educate on initiatives that will improve patients’ health. Role responsibilities
As access manager, you will be part of the Pfizer Sweden's Health and Value team and a specialist working with key products in the cross functional team. You will evaluate the value of products and therapies using health economic models and analysis with the clinical and quality of life outcomes data from clinical trials and data from epidemiology studies. You will have the important role of managing real world evidence studies together with medical and commercial teams. The outcome of your studies and analysis will provide insights for strategic product and portfolio decisions.
As a Senior Access Manager, your advanced knowledge, will enable you to lead complex projects across the division. Your ability to develop and manage plans will facilitate in achieving objectives, interpreting internal and external business challenges, and recommending best approaches for improvements.
How you will succeed
Develop and communicate dossiers for reimbursement applications submissions to the Pricing & Reimbursement authority (TLV).
Identify evidence gaps, ideate, and develop research/project plans, lead/co-lead the execution of studies/projects to generate critical evidence needed for value assessment and demonstration of Pfizer’s assets in close collaboration with medical colleagues, thought leaders, consultants, and peers.
Develop/co-develop publications and conference presentations based on HEOR findings.
Work with customer facing colleagues within a specified geography to identify and assess opportunities to use health economic models/outcomes evidence to maximize patient access to medicines and vaccines and deliver value to customer interactions while enhancing Pfizer's reputation.
Develop and communicate value evidence to different customers groups such as Drug Formulary Committees, National Board of Health and Welfare and Public Health Agency.
Understand National policy and guidelines and their impact on different customer groups.
Lead the development of a cutting-edge approach to evidence-based policies, methods and processes and become an advisor among biopharmaceuticals.
Lead initiatives related to value-based agreements and value-based healthcare through partnerships with academic institutes, health care providers and thought leaders.

Your qualifications
Curious mindset and with the ability to understand healthcare needs and develop solutions that meet the needs of patient and customer.

Demonstrated experience in evaluating and developing access strategies and value evidence generation strategies of medicines and/or vaccines.
Strong working knowledge of health economics and its application to health economic modelling/analyses
Demonstrated experience in project management.
Fluent in Swedish and English
Extensive experience from working with Market Access, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and/or performing observational research, in any setting, including life-sciences company, research organization, academic institution or governmental agency (approximately 5 years or more in a similar role)

Ensure that changes to the legal environment have been identified and that clients are educated and informed about relevant legal issues and principles and changes to the legal environment in order to pre-empt problems and allow Pfizer to gain the maximum benefit from legal advice.
Provide proactive, strategic, results-oriented, accurate, pragmatic and user-friendly legal advice and draft/review documents for clients in pertinent business areas to support the business and protect Pfizer’s vital interests and strategy in Sweden, using experience and legal expertise to add value to debate and decision-making.
Develop support process and materials for clients to operate a “self-service” model for high volume, low risk repeat requests.
Develop, maintain and update own knowledge, skills and professional expertise, in line with professional requirements.
Manage and do not exceed the budget for external law firm service providers via the Pfizer Legal Alliance and through other legal services providers in Sweden.
Participate in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and business development arrangements.

Admitted to practice law in Sweden with several years relevant post qualification experience.

Du leder den medicinska dialogen och driver skräddarsydd kommunikation i flera kanaler för goda långsiktiga relationer och samarbeten framåt.

SÅ HÄR BIDRAR DU
Med ett externt, vetenskapligt och patientfokuserat förhållningssätt agerar du inom hälso-och sjukvårdssystemet för att skapa en tydlig roll för din produktportfölj och förbättra patienternas behandlingsresultat. Detta åstadkoms genom medicinsk dialog, klinisk forskning, datagenerering och samskapande av innovativa lösningar för att möta externa behov.
HUVUDSAKLIGA ANSVARSOMRÅDEN FÖR ROLLEN:
Tar fullt medicinskt ansvar för tilldelade Pfizerprodukter/produktportfölj i Sverige, i detta fall inom området hematologiska sjukdomar samt i viss mån onkologiska sjukdomar.
Utvecklar och implementerar kundfokuserade medicinska strategier samt identifierar möjligheter för samskapade projekt med externa parter
Identifierar proaktivt möjligheter och aktiviteter som optimerar patientutfall i internt och externt samarbete
Utgör den vetenskapliga kontaktpersonen för sjukvården/akademin inom sitt område samt leder i den rollen den medicinska dialogen och driver en skräddarsydd kommunikation i flera kanaler med externa parter och institutioner för att skapa långsiktiga relationer
Samarbetar aktivt med Early Lifecycle Team, internationella kollegor och externa parter kring pipelineprodukter för att skapa Early Lifecycle-planer som förbereder oss maximalt inför lansering och hela produktlivscykeln.
Engagerar opinionsledare och viktiga institutioner i Pfizersponsrad forskning och andra forskningssamarbeten
Ansvarar för prövarsponsrade studier samt övrigt forskningsstöd inom terapiområdet
Stöttar Pfizersponsrad klinisk forskning i landet genom att identifiera forskningsmöjligheter och högpresterande institutioner i nära samarbete med kollegor från Early Lifecycle-teamet och kliniska forskningsenheten.
Identifierar brister i data för pipelineprodukter och samarbetar aktivt med Medical Affairs Data Expert och hälsoekonomiska kollegor för att effektivt skapa värdebaserade datastrategier och planer
Identifierar möjligheter för kundfokuserade digitala lösningar och bidrar till dessa i samarbete med Medical Affairs Scientist Digital Solutions
Co-leder diskussionen i det tvärfunktionella strategiska teamet för terapiområdet, bistår med medicinska kommentarer samt bidrar till företagsplanen med avgörande medicinska insikter från externa parter.
Bygger proaktivt strategiska partnerskap, starkt internt samarbete samt leder tvärfunktionella team effektivt
Skapar innovativa lösningar och använder självständigt tänkande när det gäller att skapa metoder, tekniker samt kriterier för att nå uppsatta mål
Utgör en viktig spelare när det gäller att säkerställa följsamhet till företagets högt ställda etiska riktlinjer och regelverk.


VAD VI FÖRVÄNTAR OSS GÄLLANDE DIN KOMPETENS
Läkarexamen eller universitetsexamen inom naturvetenskapligt område samt vetenskaplig kompetens och/eller klinisk förståelse inom sjukdomsområdet. Doktorsexamen är en merit.
Gärna mångårig erfarenhet från läkemedelsindustrin helst inom området hematologi/onkologi
Affärskänsla och förståelse för läkemedelsindustrins villkor

The Healthcare Access Specialist is specifically committed to optimal conditions for patient access (reimbursement/budget and recommendation) to Rare Disease & Specialty Care products at regional level. He/she interacts in a network of decision-makers in the health sector in the region and represents Pfizer in the relevant forums.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Healthcare Access Specialist is a customer facing role with an extension of market access, engaging with regional payers, institutions, HCPs, and other key stakeholders to deliver value-based messages of Rare Disease & Specialty Care medicines, and enhance access through patient assistance programs, affordability programs and innovative healthcare solutions and partnerships.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Establishes relationships with relevant regional key stakeholders and decision makers within Rare Disease & Specialty Care to understand regions unmet needs, act and execute? to minimize risk for access on behalf of the Rare Disease & Specialty Care community ?
At regional level in collaboration with Pfizer colleagues drive operational excellence, deliver flawless leadership for integrated customer plans to secure long-term access for Rare Disease & Specialty Care portfolio, value added program (e.g., disease awareness and education), and/or commercial agreements. Assure regions ability to Suspect, Detect, Treat & Follow-up?
Offer Subject Matter Expert support and assist in operationalizing the approved public policy plan or healthcare initiatives, care giver programs for assigned area in both government and private sectors – assure organizational structures develops and are executed upon to increase access for patients today and future?
Analyze data (non-patient) and improve efficiency of Patient Assistance Program process?
Create a customized value proposition, based on a deeper understanding of regional needs to secure access for Rare Disease & Specialty Care products?, formulary inclusions and/or value added programs
Ensure regional decision maker understanding value of Rare Disease & Specialty Care medicines by providing data and budget impact models based on customer needs.
Discuss or propose treatment protocols (from aggregated and de-identified data)
