Our Customer Service Team is responsible for maintaining a high standard, professional customer support used by customers throughout the region. In this role, the Field Engineer will act as the face for the company, making sure our customer needs are met with high quality. (S)he will be working mainly in Sweden but supporting PerkinElmer Instrumentation in our region Nordics/Benelux. Will you be our next top professional?


Role description:
Performs field service, carrying our repairs, maintenance and installation of instrumentation and their accessories.
Provides onsite user training on defined product groups.
Ensures accurate documentation is in place and of high quality.

Role requirements:
Relevant education (e.g. Technical High School, or Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology)
Genuine interest and understanding about technical problem solving
Good communications skills both in English and Swedish (other Nordic languages are an advantage)
Some experience in a Customer Service Environment, preferably with analytical and clinical instrument applications is considered an advantage
Ability to travel mainly in Nordic/Benelux countries
Driver’s License (B)

ACCOUNT MANAGER Sweden

The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, through sales development and field marketing programs, for the PerkinElmer Applied (Analytical) products in Sweden.

Key responsibilities:
· Competes for all Applied sales opportunities throughout the territory
· Builds and maintains strong customer relationships
· Constantly attempts to secure business in new accounts and follows customer account receivables
· Provides accurate monthly forecasting, updates and next steps within SFDC on a weekly basis as well as timely, accurate and competitive pricing to customers, and submit internal approvals
· Attends seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations to promote business
· Maintains knowledge of PerkinElmer products, as well as knowledge of competitors’ products, prepares, documents and updates PerkinElmer presentation aids accordingly

Your profile:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry
· Strong experience within the analytical society with a solid network in accounts within environmental, food, chemistry and material science
· Experience in selling/supporting Inorganic products like AAS, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, XRF preferred
· High integrity standards
· Experienced Sales star who is results driven, energetic, effective, a self-starter with a strong motivation for sales.
· Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills and able to excel in an international sales environment
· Active agent for team motivation
· Independent, with good organizational and team working skills, driving you to continuously seek new opportunities
· Flexible, able to communicate with colleagues and customers, willingness to travel across Sweden and occasionally across Europe.
· Desire to learn, grow and take the lead in a sales role within a fast-paced matrix organization
· Willingness to travel is essential (50%+)
