About the role
The Partnership team is responsible for managing and developing relationships and realising new commercial opportunities with our existing partners. The Commercial Manager is assigned to a specific partner and the role’s responsibilities include:
Developing, updating and owning partnership strategy that aligns with the partner's e-commerce goals, focusing on identifying and maximising opportunities for market share growth and operational optimisation
Delivering against agreed partnership goals, including building a strong internal collaboration network and securing appropriate support to meet those partnership goals
Primary interface between Ocado and the partner for all relationship matters, including escalations
Overall responsibility for partner satisfaction across Ocado's delivery of the Ocado Smart Platform
Pursuing opportunities to develop the partner relationship further, from creative idea generation, business case development, commercial negotiation and overseeing implementation

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden and requires travel to Ocado offices in the UK on a regular basis.
About you
Required
Degree qualified with at least 7 years’ relevant experience in a complex, commercial environment, ideally within business development with partners
Excellent data analysis, deep understanding of financial statements/P&Ls;
Strong demonstration of commercial acumen, cross functional team leadership, relationship building and influencing internally and externally through oral and written communication skills
Commercial empathy - the ability to understand and enunciate a different commercial perspective to foresee challenges that may be raised by our partner and challenging internally and externally where appropriate
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills; facilitating multiple work streams simultaneously
Native/fluent in English

Preferred
Native/fluent in Swedish or another European language e.g. Italian, French, Spanish.
Experience in E-commerce / Operations / Technology projects or industry roles
Experience in a consultancy business and / or partner facing roles

Maintenance Technician

At the heart of this is our Automated Engineering, Maintenance and Robotic Repairs team who play an important part in the solution. Based on-site in Kungsängen within the Greater Stockholm region they are key in maintaining an operation that delivers our partners expectations, whilst providing pivotal feedback to internal teams that enable future development of our products.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an important part in supporting the operation in our state of the art, automated Customer Fulfilment Centre, providing 1st response to engineering fault conditions, reactive and planned maintenance activities as well as proactive improvement works.
Roles and Responsibilities may include:
Carrying out planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely and safe manner ensuring maintenance procedures are followed
Update records of work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores and training given
Work closely with manufacturers, suppliers and internal departments in finding ways to improve process and increase machine reliability and performance
Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and action repairs
Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning duties of equipment and Analyse data to find solutions to improve MHE performance, providing reports where necessary
Complete quality inspections to ensure work is completed to a safe standard and always work to and follow all ?Health and Safety? guidance

What are we looking for from you?
Technical Maintenance ability and understanding relating to automation hardware and software.
A formal mechanical or electrical/engineering related qualification would be advantageous. Demonstrable analytical skills with sound problem solving ability
Good organisation skills, able to prioritise with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to impart knowledge effectively to others
This role involves working at height using a variety of access equipment, so all technicians need to be comfortable working at heights
Flexible working shifts
This role will require your flexibility due to us being a 24/7 operation and therefore a shift pattern will be put in place that will require working a variety of days, evenings, weekends and this pattern can include some nights. This is essential so that we can work efficiently to meet the needs of our ICA partners in Sweden but should average 40 per week.

The position as Controls Technician is a hands-on role that requires excellent technical, communication and organisational skills . You will be part of a strong maintenance team and react to any breakdown of our automated machinery and conveyors as well as providing in-depth knowledge on the controls to help improve operations. You will be working closely with our centralised PLC team to provide solutions for continuous improvement
Roles and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and implement Code fixes while working closely with Ocado’s Automation Control Team
Provide front line issues investigation of live production control systems (hardware and software) including the use of relevant diagnostic tools such as Profibus / Can Bus networks and Bar Code Readers
Analyse data and find solutions to improve MHE performance and carry out planned maintenance across the site
Provide hands on support for Firmware and software upgrades on Bots and Manage PLC version control together with Ocado’s Control team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience required:
Competency in English Language
It is essential to have experience with SCADA and Siemens HMI systems.
You also need to have a good technical ability and experience relating to automation hardware and software. A good understanding of PLC control system architecture and field control devices is required.
A good understanding of DC motor controls and Online code monitoring with Siemens S7 300/400 PLC’s and Tia-Portal
Understanding of Control System Communication Protocols such as WCS and WMS systems
Sound analytical skills, able to look at data and solve problems with full customer focus and determination to deliver results under time critical situation
Experience in a warehouse, distribution, production or FMCG environment with strong IT skills is also preffered.
