What you’ll do
As a data engineer, you will:
Build solutions for capturing and processing data from business applications in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, enabling accurate reporting and advanced analytics across the organization.
Work within our data engineering team to develop and maintain the next generation data platform that supports data and analytics solutions and the emerging digital twin of our operations.
Work closely with business teams to generate insights that drive strategic initiatives across the organization, including performance optimization, efficiency, and sustainability.
Support data needs across other areas of the company, from operations to finance and supply chain, helping to solve high-impact business problems.


What we’re looking for
You bring:
3–5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, preferably in a broad role touching multiple facets of building a data centric organization.
Proficiency in and proven experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Snowflake)
Hands-on experience with data tools like dbt, Airflow and similar
Experience with data modeling, including designing scalable models to organize and integrate siloed data for analysis and reporting.
Experience building services for data ingestion in languages like python or Java.
A strong interest in analytics — you want your work to help the business ask better questions and make smarter decisions.
Experience with Power BI is considered an advantage.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is positive, friendly, and ready to join our IT team as a Workplace Specialist. You will become part of our Infrastructure and IT Operations team, based in Kista. Our team consists of 45 members globally, serving all regions around the world.



Today Munters has 3500 global IT users spread over our three regions EMEA, AMERICA and APAC, supported by an IT organization of 100 people. The Munters IT strategy is to standardize on a common global infrastructure platform that primarily is developed and maintained at the Munters headquarters in Kista.



About the role

As a Workplace Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our organization's endpoint devices. Your expertise in Microsoft client technologies, including Configuration Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management and more, will ensure seamless device deployment, security, and user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace productivity and support end-users.



The digital workplace is very important and therefore it is crucial that you have a sincere interest in building the best solutions for our end users. You should be able to take responsibility in your role for areas such as the following:

* Implement and maintain Microsoft co-management solutions to ensure seamless device management across on-premises and cloud environments.
* Collaborate with your IT team colleagues to design and deploy co-management strategies that align with organizational goals.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support related to co-management infrastructure to the IT ops team members globally.
* Ensure seamless application delivery to end-user devices.
* Manage software updates and ensure timely patching and maintenance of devices.
* Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards and collaborate with the IT security team to enhance endpoint security.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
* Train IT staff in new technologies and co-management practices to foster a knowledgeable and capable team.



About you

We are looking for a person with expertise in a Microsoft-based software environment, with a solid understanding of infrastructure and applications, ideally gained in an international setting. You are confident in your field, able to work independently, yet also a strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues. Global collaboration with IT teams, as well as clear communication with external vendors and suppliers, is essential.

Your main tasks:

* Drive Transformation around the testing practices team by introducing a Test Management Operating Model for Munters Global Applications.
* Act as a coach for multiple teams of applications specialists and developers allocated to different initiatives.
* Lead and co-ordinate appropriate end-to-end test planning and test execution for large complex projects in an EPR Cloud landscape.
* Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation for test execution.
* Proactively find and employ testing best practices, processes and tools to create a lean, automated test engine.
* Take full ownership of our manual and automated test execution phases to ensure successful outcomes by prioritizing quality and protecting timeline
* Create and continuously optimize our test automation architecture and tools, targeting to increase automation coverage and reduce lead time of execution cycle, leveraging from API test automation.
* Support our Project Managers and prioritize the right testing activities based on program roadmap
* Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation for test execution.
* Anticipate and mitigate risks/blockers related to manual and automated test execution
* Communicate and influence decisions by sharing risk/alternatives at the program forums for a collaborative decision making.



Qualifications:

* Experience managing a team of testers and drive test strategy.
* Being self-sufficient in a very complex environment with ambiguity
* Positive interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence individuals and teams rather than dictate.
* Solution oriented and experience driving API test automation.
* Experience with testing ERP in a cloud hosted environment
* Experience as a manual tester.
