Key Responsibilities
As Product Owner:
Own and prioritize the backlog, translating product vision and roadmap into user stories and tasks.

As Team Lead:
Lead and support the team day-to-day, providing coaching, support, and regular development dialogues.
Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe, and collaborative team culture.
Provide feedback and guidance on performance and development needs in coordination with the line manager.
Support resource planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
Act as a cultural role model, promoting cross-team alignment and driving change during organizational transformation.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in embedded or control systems.
Prior leadership experience or clear potential for formal people leadership.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
Deep understanding of embedded systems and integration into product development.
Familiarity with C/C++ and embedded development practices.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and sprint management.
Experience handling technical support cases and collaborating with technical teams.
Analytical skills with focus on technical product development and customer needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We are rolling out our global cloud solution, a transformation towards operational excellence (TTOE), through our ERP landscape across all Munters facilities. * Knowledge of SDLC (waterfall and agile) and having worked on digital transformation or large Initiatives (change / implementation projects)
* Experience of executing various phases of ERP rollout incl. Discovery, Build, Test, Data Migration and Cutover

Job Description
We are looking for a Workday System Administrator / Product Owner to support with an implementation and transition, and subsequently provide ongoing maintenance and development.

Main responsibilities
Manage and support all functional aspects of Workday including access rights, security groups, patch and update management, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting.
Support the implementation and delivery of new modules, technical integrations to other systems, and system updates/changes with the required planning and configurations.
Develop a ticketing and tracking process for end users.
Develop and monitor access to custom reports.
Collaborate with IT security regarding roles and authorization concepts, and routine role “conflict” assessment.
Implement and execute controls for master data protection, access, passwords and change management.
Identify areas of improvement to ensure we use Workday effectively.
Undergo continual training to increase knowledge and develop inhouse understanding of the system.
Qualifications
5+ years System Administrator or Product Owner experience in the HCM Technology domain (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc).
Relevant experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and their capabilities.

Role description

Munters is currently looking for a competence within calculation software development for core technology components. As a programmer with skills in numerical methods you will be a key teammate in the small team within R&D that drive development of Munters model software. Your profile
We believe that you:
·       Have experience and interest from research in the field of calculation software programming or numerical methods.
·       Have three to four years of experience with calculation software development, for example in Python, C++, C#.
·       Are updated (and have a continuous interest of keeping up to date) on numerical methods and programming standards of how to implement fast calculation software.
·       Take initiatives and responsibility within your field.
·       Are organized to be able to build up a new software family.
·       Are a team player who like to work very tight in smaller teams with deadlines.
·       Are comfortable with delivering and have focus on results.
Minimum educational and experience requirements:
·       Master of Science in software development, technical physics, mathematics (numerical methods) or similar.
·       Preferably three years’ or more of relevant work experience.
A doctoral degree within the fields of numerical methods or software development is considered a merit, as is interest and experience of physical modelling. However, your attitude and eagerness to learn is most important. 
Excellent skills in English is required. Skills in the Swedish language is a merit and the candidate must (if Swedish skills are lacking) commit on learning Swedish rapidly to be able to work with the team.
