About Motorica
Our research and product leading platform operates in the emerging motion modality (one of the six fundamental generative AI modalities alongside image, video, audio, text, and geometry)—enables game studios and 3D enthusiasts to create dynamic, lifelike animation faster and more affordably than ever before.
Our foundational model provides AAA quality animations used by some of the biggest names in gaming (if you play games, then you’ve likely played games made by them!).
We are also currently onboarding multiple AAA+ game studios currently building games with world-renowned IP, to use Motorica within their top titles.



We’re a small, fast-moving team, so you’ll make a real difference from day one and own decisions that ultimately can affect the experiences for millions of people.


What You'll Do as a Senior Product Designer:
Define the Visual Language: Own the visual direction of our product suite, crafting a cohesive and compelling aesthetic that resonates with our users.
User-Centric Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering to deeply understand our users, translating insights into effective and delightful user experiences.
Rapid Iterative Design: Lead design initiatives and create wireframes and UI prototypes for our entire product suite, bringing your design vision to life.
Thoughtful Process Improvement: Leverage your experience in successful teams to proactively identify and implement process improvements to help us create compelling products for our users, better, and faster.

Your Qualifications:
Proven Product Design Experience: You have a strong portfolio showcasing your work (especially in SaaS or B2B products is a plus).
Strong Communicator: You convey ideas clearly and effectively whether on paper, on screen or in person.



Bonus Skills
Experience working with 3D applications, animations, and/or the gaming industry is a huge plus!
Experience in AI SaaS is more than welcomed!

Experience from Gaming, animation or related high tech industries. You need to have a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of the area and you probably already have established connections in the field.
