At Katarina ZM Service HB, you will work with project teams to design and prepare plans and specifications for construction and/or alteration of buildings. We have an ongoing project with a Client in Finland, close to the Russian border and are seeking an Interior Architect to join our team.

As an Interior Architect you will be involved in the design or renovation of internal spaces, including structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and color schemes. You may work in a range of different commercial, leisure or domestic settings. The job combines the efficient and functional use of space with an understanding of aesthetics.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience within interior and web design);
Proficient with Kitchen Draw, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and Microsoft Word software family;
Strong technical skills and abilities;
Strong rendering skills, on a variety of software platforms;
Must possess a positive attitude and a sense of urgency;
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in the Russian and English language.
One of the strongest requirements is language skills. Since the Project is being implemented for both Russian and Finish clients, it´s required for the position to be fluent in Russian and English in order to achieve a perfect communication within the team.
The position includes responsibilities for designing and building the interface, navigation and aesthetic of our website, including:
Development of strategies, launch and maintenance of advertising campaigns;
Analysis of statistics in advertising offices, traffic analysis in Google Analytics Roistat;
Effective management, control and optimization of advertising budgets, distribution between advertising channels;
Design of portals and aggregators - banners, covers, logos, text blocks;
Additional highlighting of "weak areas";
Analysis of the sales market. Search for the target audience, which may need the product or service of his company. Analysis of the purchasing power of customers;
Conducting online exhibitions, online seminars and online presentations of the company's products and services;
Creation of design projects using 3D visualization.
The successful candidate must excel at functioning in a fast-paced environment, be able work on multiple projects simultaneously, and possess strong organizational skills. We have strong focus on customer involvement and service, and are seeking likeminded candidates.
