Excitingly Kantar Media has partnered with the MMS to build a new Cross-Media Measurement panel in Sweden, that will be one of the first of its kind in the world. Kantar has been awarded an audience measurement. This will be delivered using a national panel of households, in which metering technology is installed on TV sets and home networks.
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Client Service Team, who will answer questions from clients by utilizing her data analysis and reporting skills. This role requires working closely with clients, the client service team and operational people in the organization to understand the measurement of video consumption across linear and online platforms and support clients. The candidate filling this position will play a key role in answering client inquiries, exploring complex video consumption patterns and ensuring the quality of our audience measurement data.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Insights:
Be the primary analytical resource in organization for the CMAM service and provide insight forthe video consumption landscape.
Help to explain complex audience behavior and viewing patterns across linear and online video platforms.
Explore emerging trends and measurement complexities, present the reports and recommendations to the client.
Relate the results with the measurement panel and methodology and clarify the underlying reasons of the specific viewing behaviors
Simplify and visualize the analysis results and present them to the clients.
Help operations team to test and validate the data
Contribute to improving the QC processes of operations team for better quality output. Additionally generate own QC reports and automatize them to check data before delivering to client

Required
Bachelor's degree or proven experience in Statistics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets.
Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights.
Familiarity with behavioral data analysis and media research principles.
Perform hands-on data analysis using industry standard scripting languages such as python, R or scala
Having analytical view to understand the specialized reporting tools which enables multidimensional analysis and reporting.
Having experience on processing large datasets and analysing it to extract actionable insights.
Having some exposure on statistical metrics such as standard deviation, variance, error rates, distributions and methods such as principal component analysis, factor analysis, ARMA ARIMA,
Being able to automate the analysis and visualize them via reporting tools such as Power BI.
Having experience on industry standard big data platforms such as Databricks, Data Factory, Data Fabric
Produce some metrics and automated reports to monitor the performance of the measurement system
Set automated notifications to escalate identified issues before delivering the final data



Collaboration & Strategic Support
Collaborate with the Research Director to support broader strategic research initiatives and project delivery.
Assist in the continuous improvement of data quality and analysis methodologies.
Work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.
Support the Radio Audience Measurement services with adhoc analysis.

We have a vacancy for a DevOps Engineer to maintain our cloud-based systems and ensure the daily delivery of data. You will supervise and maintain daily data production operations. The systems are hosted on Azure containers and uses a range of frameworks, software, databases, and API layers.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure that the systems for producing audience data run efficiently, which will produce daily data to the Media Industry, according to the contracts and SLA’s. You will be included in exciting and large project that will be set up from scratch. Therefore, we are looking for professionals that is eager to help building this project. Using innovative tooling in an international, data driven organization.
Manage and maintain Azure resources using Terraform scripts to host mostly internally developed custom software.
Deploy systems using Helm charts, .yaml files, and Azure Pipelines to automate processes.
Utilize Zabbix for monitoring cloud-based interconnected systems running 24/7, including Kubernetes, Hive, Elasticsearch, Kibana, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Azure Blob Storage.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as backups, monitoring SSL certificates, and managing SAS tokens.
Ensure systems comply with Kantar security and disaster recovery standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with the Central Cloud Architecture and Support team to learn best practices and report any issues.

Required
Strong understanding of Azure DevOps flow from both application and infrastructure perspectives.
Experience in cloud management, diagnostics, and monitoring with Zabbix or similar tools.
Proficiency with Azure Services and Resources such as VMs, NSGs, VNets, Application Gateways, Firewalls, and AKS.

This process starts inside the individual meters, installed in panelists’ homes, and ends at the point where data is delivered to the clients. You will investigate issues or weaknesses in this process and resolve them by implementing direct fixes or developing tools or analyses. These can be used by yourself or other members of the Kantar Media team to generate insights which contribute to improving or maintaining the quality of the panel and the data it produces. You will be included in setting up an exciting and large project from scratch. Therefore, we are looking for a professional who is eager to help build this project using innovative tooling in an international, data-driven organization.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Validate the quality of data produced by deployed systems by comparing data, generating metrics and calculating statistics.
Build complete understanding of the data structure at each step of the generation process and the edits which happen between these steps to ultimately generate the delivery data.
Design, develop, test and maintain data analysis pipelines for automated checking of data.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data generation process to ensure correct and consistent data quality and integrity.
Configure and implement new features in the data without disrupting the existing structure.
Combine and organize data from different sources (Azure Blob Storage, , APIs among others) to help generate valuable insights.
Create impactful visualizations and interactive tools using Power BI, Databricks, or equivalent solutions, both for your own use as well as to be used by others.

Excitingly Kantar Media has partnered with the MMS to build a new Cross-Media Measurement panel in Sweden, that will be one of the first of its kind in the world. We have a vacancy for a DevOps Engineer to maintain our cloud-based systems and ensure the daily delivery of data. You will supervise and maintain daily data production operations. The systems are hosted on Azure containers and uses a range of frameworks, software, databases, and API layers.
Tasks & responsibilities
As a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure that the systems for producing audience data run efficiently, which will produce daily data to the Media Industry, according to the contracts and SLA’s. You will be included in exciting and large project that will be set up from scratch. Therefore, we are looking for professionals that is eager to help building this project. Using innovative tooling in an international, data driven organization.
Manage and maintain Azure resources using Terraform scripts to host mostly internally developed custom software.
Deploy systems using Helm charts, .yaml files, and Azure Pipelines to automate processes.
Utilize Zabbix for monitoring cloud-based interconnected systems running 24/7, including Kubernetes, Hive, Elasticsearch, Kibana, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Azure Blob Storage.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as backups, monitoring SSL certificates, and managing SAS tokens.
Ensure systems comply with Kantar security and disaster recovery standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with the Central Cloud Architecture and Support team to learn best practices and report any issues.

Required
Strong understanding of Azure DevOps flow from both application and infrastructure perspectives.
Experience in cloud management, diagnostics, and monitoring with Zabbix or similar tools.
Proficiency with Azure Services and Resources such as VMs, NSGs, VNets, Application Gateways, Firewalls, and AKS.
Experience with containers (Kubernetes/Elastic Container Service).
Solid knowledge of version control and branching strategies.
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Terraform deployment, pipeline creation, and troubleshooting).
Strong Linux/Unix experience and troubleshooting skills.
Network-level infrastructure knowledge, including security best practices.

Good to Have Skills:
Experience with Azure PaaS Cloud and Hive.
Oracle and Server administration and some experience.
Understanding of web core technologies (network, websites, video streaming, browsers) and TV and broadcast delivery.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) as part of a team.

We are seeking a skilled data engineer who is eager to take on diverse responsibilities encompassing data integration, data architecture, database infrastructure, and ETL development.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, and collaborate well with cross-functional, international, and local teams.
Design, develop, test and maintain robust data pipelines that ensure seamless data integration.
Design and implement scalable and efficient data architecture solutions to support business requirements.
Evaluate and enhance various database systems (MS , Oracle, Access, My, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc.) for optimal storage, retrieval, and analytical efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data infrastructure and ensure data quality and integrity.
Write and optimize Python scripts for data processing, and automation solutions.
Create impactful visualizations using Power BI, SSRS, or equivalent tools.
Conduct reverse engineering on software applications, understanding internal structures, algorithms, and functionalities; analyze scripts, binaries, and source code for interpretation.
Analyse and organize raw data, ensuring data is reliable for consumption by data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Demonstrate flexibility in taking on various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
Stay current with advancements in data engineering technologies and practices.

Required:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Fluent in both Swedish and English.
Proficient in programming for effective database design, optimization, and querying.
Proficient in Python scripting for data processing and automation.
Experience with a cloud environment (Azure)
Experience in with industry big data platform stack (for example: Databricks, Spark, Airflow)
Proven hands-on experience in developing, and maintaining robust ETL data pipelines.
Good understanding of database administration, data warehousing concepts, and architectures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting of data issues.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, conveying intricate technical concepts effectively.
